The negative reviews on this shop arent the example, but I believe, the exception. This shop is clean as a whistle, the staff are friendly, professional and take the time to cut your hair exactly as you request. They actually maintain computer records on every customer to familiarize themselves with your preferences. Diane is the best haircutter Ive seen in many years and I would follow her anywhere.

Wish I could give zero stars. The lady who cut my hair either had no idea how to cut hair or did not care in the slightest, honestly I think it is both. Had to get another hair cut immediately after I left. When she said she was done I couldnt believe it, did not even say anything because I did not want her to continue clipping away at my hair. Do not go here, I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The ladies over there seriously do not know how to cut hair!! I wonder what happened to all the previous ladies everyone left and suddenly theres a new staff! We loved yessenia! She was our vfamily hair stylist! They will not give me any information where she went whatsoever. I have stopped coming here myself. Yessenia was the best in Dumont!

Sam, a guy who worked there before, was a good stylist. All the women in this place dont know how to cut hair. Russian lady is the worst. She rushes and Cuts hair unevenly. Others are just as almost bad. There was a stylist named Sam. Hr was really good but he quit. All the women wont tell me where he went. I wish I knew where he went.

Good place for regular hair cuts.. They always send coupons in mail so sometimes haircut is much cheaper then other franchise. Also good and very polite staff.

Their pre-consultation was a joke; they didnt cut my hair to my liking at all - been growing it back to an acceptable length for over a month.
