Terrible..brought my son there after his ortho appointment this morning. Which we do every 5 weeks after every appoint. They open at 9:00, we were right there when they opened and the girl tells me she cant cut hair til 11. Really. She said yeah Im the only one here and I have a conference call. I guess they didnt schedule properly today.

I made an appointment for 3:30pm - its now 4:12pm and Im still waiting to have my hair cut. Whats the point of making an appointment? Terrible customer service.
