If you have checked in before you go then you are fine else Go to some other Barber shop. As you will wait for your turn and people who have checked in online will come and get their hair cut and you will still wait and wait and wait.........So please find better option go to local barbers they respect your time....I just waited for 40 - 45 mnts and more then 5 peoples came after me and then i left without haircut as i know i am not the priority for them.......I wont face this place in my life for sure....

Ive gotten good cuts here before, but this last time the girl butchered my hair! She cut a bunch of extra layers that I did NOT ask for, then "texturized" it until there were nothing but shreds left. There were weird chunks missing and long bits sticking out. I cried all afternoon once I realized how bad it was.

The staff is really friendly here. I usually walk in, although they let me know that you can check in online as well. They keep a record of your cut in their system, so if you end up liking something theyve done you dont need to worry about memorizing the buzzer sizes/etc. Very convenient!

Never had a bad experience. Staff is always friendly and chatty, but not too chatty. Plus, Ive never really had to wait too long. If you are concerned about waiting, just go online and check in ahead of time.
