Webster Lock & Hardware Co is always busy with customers. Sometimes the wait is 5-10min. I needed new locks for an entire house with master key and sub masters - as I actually asked this is considered a very unusual and complicated order but fulfilled right there - the staff took all the time needed to get the order right. It took ~90 min to get all kinds of different hardware selected, shown, explained and written up. For an order of multiple hundred dollars I did not want to make any mistake and bother anyone with returns later. The staff member was friendly, very knowledgeable and ordered missing parts right away. I might update my review once I have picked up and installed all locks Update: Missed to inform about backset of each lock leading to three locks not fitting current doors but advised to change the latch

I spoke to them over the phone. first to a Young Lady Then a Man I called because I needed a Lock for one of our Fork lift, which I was informed that locksmiths dont do it and instead of him hanging the phone up on me he was nice enough to tell me to call the people that service them, they would be able to get the lock for me. They where extremely nice over the phone so I could imagine in person. Thank You for all your help, and by the way I called the service people and I got the lock they will be installing it tomorrow Thanks again :0 )

Customer service is better than average. However, they know the business. Worth the wait in line, they can key any lock ive ever brought there. Even 30 year old locks that could not be replaced. I wont stop going there. Owners are self-respecting to those who respect themselves. Otherwise, theyll throw you out and not tolerate ridiculous customers who think the world owes them something.

This company is totally professional. My newly renovated buildings front door was installed incorrectly by the builder. The challenge for Webster was to install a door closer where there was no room for one and to provide a latch handle on the inside to open the door. They figured this out and came up with an elegant and innovative solution. On time, reliable and fair priced.

I needed a lock set and was not sure how to order, the staff at Webster Lock was great they where very patient with me and explained everything to me . I meet the owner and his son. Spending the few minutes with them you can tell what a special relationship they have, the two of them made me feel like part of there lovely family. I will recommend Webster Lock to everyone I know
