Ive been having trouble installing some gate locks at our condo building. Waved the white flag and called up these guys to take over. Yariv responded VERY quickly to my service request through their website listed on Yelp. He came out the next day, exactly at the time he said he would. When he got there he could see that I had done all of the prep work with the holes. He then showed how the lock operates and what I had probably done wrong in the process. He then took the time to install the lock in the existing holes I had made and made sure it worked right. He did this all for no charge and was very happy to do so. I now feel confident doing the other ones on my own, this saved us almost $200. He never pressured me into paying him for the other ones. We are looking for someone to help us moving our buzzer system to the front gate from the front door. I will definitely be using these Trust Locksmith again.

When I called about having locks put in my new apartment, the man on the phone was very helpful. The technician that arrived at my apartment was on-time, and was patient in explaining to me the different types of locks I could select. He even recommend what he thought would be the best bag for my buck. When it came time to pay, no extra fees or charges where tacked onto my bill. The service was excellent, the technician was professional, and honest, and the price just right. Would definitely use them again!

Great service !! Eli is very honest. We call trust locksmith and Eli show up, we ask him to change our medeco locks and Eli say we dont need to change the locks and all we need to do is to change key. He save us money compare to what we had to pay for new locks. Excellent service very honest professiona.l we will recommend to all our friends and family
