Had a lockout at the worst time and needed help fast. Found Pop-A-Lock locksmith online and called. They were very courteous and took my location and had someone out to me within 20 minutes. Obviously they were able to "pop the lock," but the little things are what made the experience great - the locksmith was personable and polite, he arrived in a clearly labeled/marked Pop-A-Lot vehicle and uniform so I knew exactly who I was dealing with (unlike some places Ive dealt with in the past, where you get some shady guy who has trouble communicating and arrives in plainclothes and a van that leaves you a bit worried with who showed up). No one wants to get locked out of their vehicle, but the folks at Pop-A-Lock took care of me with the highest level of professionalism and much faster than I expected (seriously, who resolves a lockout on a weekend within 20 minutes, Ive never seen that before - these guys will get you taken care of fast!)

Great service!! Highly recommend. Moved out of NYC and been meaning to change the locks to get the doors onto one key - had dif locks for front door, back door, garage, basement). My realtor recommended Pop a Lock. Glad I listened. Would have otherwise ended up with those sketchy locksmiths you get in NYC who shove all the business cards under your apt door. This guy was a pro - showed up ontime in a uniform no less. Seemed reasonably priced overall, but best was fee was exactly what they quoted over the phone! (already tired of house contractors jacking prices after some sort of "surprise"). Best part - he asked if i needed anything else - including car keys. Told him i was down to one key for my car. Didnt realize they can do this?? He programmed a key-fob right there. Was half the price the dealer quoted and saved me a pain-in-the a$$ trip!! Will def use them again

I had a perfect experience with Pop A Lock of Westchester. Since both of my kids are driving now I decided to make 2 duplicate 98 Ford Mustang keys, in case the originals get lost :) Richie set up the appointment and quoted me the price. Sean, one of the owners, and his colleague came to my home, at my convenience the following day and made the custom keys which needed to be programmed with a special code, straight from their van. Although it was a tricky job, the team stuck with it and produced my 2 new keys! They were very courteous, on time, and reasonably priced. It was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Pop-A-Lock Locksmith of Westchester. I will certainly use Sean and his company again!

Pop-A-Lock did an amazing job! Having moved into a new house I wanted to update the locks ASAP. I first sought out a company who wanted to over charge so I kept searching until I found Pop-A-Lock. Richie from Pop-A-Lock came over promptly to give an assessment and provided an estimate for my needs. He came back as soon as he received all of our locks to install them and re-key existing locks. He charged exactly what he estimated. On top of installing the locks, Richie helped us get our dryer running as it wouldnt turn on initially. He was happy to help and has since checked in a few times to make sure everything is good.

How can you not give someone 5 stars when their first instinct is to walk you through how to do it yourself before he sends someone out? Richie was the ultimate business owner and has our business for life. We locked ourselves out of our room, couldnt get it open. Richie said he wanted to see if he could walk me through it first before he sent one of his guys out. He did and saved me a $185!! Now I know that if I ever call him and he says he has to send someone out, then it really has to happen. He even did this on a Friday afternoon -- this is the place to call! You will be in great hands.

2 weeks ago on 3/25, I called because my car wouldnt start due to a damaged key. they literally went above and beyond for me. he came to pick up my damaged key from Stamford, CT and took it back to Westchester to program a new key then drove it back to Stamford to test it. The quality of customer service exceeded my expectations and he gave me a GREAT price -- i did not feel like i was being overcharged (especially with being a young woman). Great guy & great company!!!

Had Pop A Lock come to look a replacing the locks on my security door and front door to the house. They came and checked the job and then submitted an estimate within the week. When I agreed, they came the following day and changed the locks and door knobs, keyed the locks alike (as requested) and reviewed the completed work with me. All came out clean and professional. I am quite pleased with the entire process and the completed work. Would definitely use them again!

When I first wrote this review, I had the following experience: "Called dispatch three times and no one ever got back to me. Guess they dont need the business." However, in business, customer service is key, and the owner personally called me to apologize and was able to handle the manner efficiency and professionally. The follow up to the initial delay was exceptional. Due to the excellent follow up, I would recommend this company to another customer.

Pop-A-Lock came to my immediate rescue one day when my front door lock jammed and I couldnt open my front door. I called and Sean the owner responded right away with his locksmith and they were able to repair my lock immediately. I was very impressed with their prompt response, quality of workmanship, honesty and what I felt was a very reasonable price for an emergency call. I would highly suggest using Pop-A-Lock for those reasons.
