Paid for a full wash $16 and an additional $6.00 - total of $22.00, for the floor mat shampoo and cleaning. The car came back still dirty inside and out. Dust still on the dashboard, windshield still dirty, the mats hadnt even been cleaned, there were still pieces of leaves crumpled on the mats. When I asked the manager about the mats being cleaned and shampood, she came out and inspected and told me it would be $55.00 to have the mats shampooed. I told her I paid An extra $6.00 to have it done as was mentioned on the board when you drive in. She ignored me and walked away. As a side note, they steal the tips from the workers, Ive seen them empty the tip box located outside and put the money directly into the cash register.

Scam! I went there twice solely for the convenience of its location that is very close to where I live. The first time I tried the 10$ basic wash and it was just horrible, the body was left covered with stains and not dried. I tried to ask the staff to clean it but they didnt. The interior wasnt cleaned and the trash wasnt removed. I went again and thought maybe I should try the platinum service for 20$ which is supposedly adding deep cleaning and armor wash but all I got was the exact service at the basic one. I told them and they said no this is the platinum and I told them that Ive been there before and tried the basic, they ignored me. I ended up (like all other customers) wiling my car myself there.

My pride and joy has been saved twice by Detail USA. On one occasion when I accidentally scuffed my fender on a pole and another when my dads dog was sick and marked his territory in my car The other time Ken saved my car was when my fathers dog left a solid mess in my car. I cleaned and cleaned but the smell stuck. I gave Ken a call and instead of charging me for an inspection and clean up, he told me over the phone products and techniques that would help clear the smell. I was able to completely save my leather seats and that new car smell I love so much.

I came from Coney Island because of good reviews and I was discriminated against because I am a women. They saw me with the kid. I pulled heavy things from my truck to vacuum. They saw me but did not clean the truck. I asked for special spot cleaning but the guy was busy and no one else can do spot cleaning. So I waited for an hour for this Best Car Clean that was the worst car cleaning I have ever been too. In the mid time I am sure the guy behind me got a better service.

Terrible car wash. Paid for the "gold package" and the spinning brushes for the sides and the triple foam applicators didnt work. Approached the counter about it and showed him the equipment wasnt working. All he did was give me 2 bucks off after arguing with him... if you watch them work they do a terrible job. This is how they operate every time ive been there the last 3 years... its the only car wash in the area though unless you want to drive 20 minutes away...

It was horrible pay $20 there and get vacuumed I had to get a rag myself and wipe my car down because they did such a horrible job and there is also three other people theyre doing their own cars also. Do not take your car to this car wash worst experience ever guy slammed my door to my brand new 2017 car because I complained

I had my car serviced there and since then found lots of vertical scratches on the whole right side of the car. Those were new and they said they have nothing to do with those other than checking their machines. Thats all! Please go there at your own risk.

Its horrible its a rip off they charge you $10 for basic they dont even include the air blower inside the car nor they use the outside vacuum For the rugs either basically other car watches basic Service its a super wash in this car wash?

Pretty good car wash and location. Can sometimes be too crowded on weekends. I recommend showing up early and come from 65th Street. The line starts from there. NOT 64th street as they will tell you to go all the way to the back.

The worst car wash. Full service package and they didnt even wipe inside the car. Went to a different car wash to get my car cleaned right after I pulled out theirs. Didnt even wipe that stain off, thats coffee.

Scratched car, owners are rude- and only want money. They could care less about the car or quality. Who puts armor all on wet tires??? Makes no sense
