My husband went in for transmission change, by the time he went to pick me up at work we could feel something was wrong, it felt like the transmission. I called my brother who is a mechanic and told him what was going on, he suggested we check and see if there actually is transmission oil in the car. My husband checked and it seemed as though it was empty we went back to the place and we explained the problem. The guy there said that he is not sure what happened but he will check. He realized there was no oil so he added oil, we then asked if he can sign his name stating that oil was not put in when it was supposed to and that he had to fill it. He refused to sign anything, the girl at the cash register said the manager left, we insisted she called the manager who said he will speak with us tomorrow. We wanted something documented and the cashier refused to listen had a smirk in her face. I told her that if transmission goes bad because of their mistake who would be responsible.

The car wash is basically as anywhere else, BUT its the first place in Brooklyn Ive noticed that using each time new, really clean microfiber cloths! And its mad important! Others scratching your car body and bringing dirt in your interior panels / leather, but not this guys ( Hollywood Carwash does it all the time - they will sand and destroy your leather and shiny surfaces with black mud, spray Windex everywhere, also on heating stripes of your back window, which you should never do)

I drive by this place on my way to work and always seems to be busy. Decided to check it out on my recent oil change. After paying under $30 bucks for oil change I was told I could get a free car wash. Figured it would be some cheap simple exterior wash. To my surprise I got a full service hand car wash that was way better than machine wash I usually go. Man, it feels good to save money and get good service.

Do not oil change here.They put cheap oil and do not check everything. They advertise for GTX but they use unbranded. I do not ever going to come back or recommending anyone. They claimed, they have been in the business here for over 22 years but how? Its completely rip off and scam. Customer service also sucks. Definitely not good for consumers and youll regret that you came in for services.

Its not the cheapest car wash around, but I love going to this car wash because you get to watch the car get cleaned while inside one of the coolest car accessories places around. Seriously, they have everything you didnt even think you needed in the store. The staff is friendly and wont stare at the tip box waiting for you to empty your purse, either!

I get my brand new truck car washed here , a few times a year . I request not to use a brush and they hand wash your car ! Yes hand Wash !!! Be Vocal about it . It gets busy during the evening ! You can beat the price any where else will charge you extra $$$$ . They are a good car wash !

They cursed out my wife because they assumed she couldnt drive when she was driving into their garage for an oil change. Never again. I liked coming to this place because of their prices but from now on well be taking our business elsewhere.

Cheap oil but ve been charged much more then other places! The free car wash was not clean at all! I have to spend another 20 mins to clean up my trunk! Never go there!

Workers destroyed my rear left tire coming out of the car wash, when I approached the manager about the subject he claimed I was wasting his time and told me to leave.

Service was fine, but afterwards I was missing my college parking pass which costed about $80-$90. I called the manager and he didnt seem to give a f--k.

This car wash is the best. They offer a full range of services from a basic wash to full detailing. Even the basic wash leaves your car looking beautiful.

Pricey but they do a pretty good job
