If I could give zero stars I would as we had a pretty terrible experience when I was last there. So when we decided to visit Splash Car Wash, it was rather busy and they were basically packing cars in to a point where the gates in the front would go back down, and they had to then manually open them. We decided to go for the options that had the disco foam and undercarriage wash. We noticed that as we were going through, we didnt see and of the multicolored foam which was odd but we shrugged it off. Then we neared the end of the car wash and all hell broke loose. A car in front of us had gotten his windshield scratched up and was parked very close to the exit of the car wash, we tried to pull up as far as we could while the staff was talking to us until CRASH the garage door to the car wash came SLAMMING DOWN ON TOP OF OUR CAR! While we had previously been ignored, several staff members ran over and had the gentleman in front of us pull up. Due to the dust from the garage door, they had us go through again to wash off the dust and check for damage. Lo an behold, they had scratched up our car and even with a second wash, there were streaks and dust on the car still! They directed us to Garys Auto Body just across the road, and they said they would take care of the damages. It has been more than three weeks and we had not heard anything back from Garys so I finally decided to call him again. He had never sent us an email for the estimation of the work, but we finally got that sorted out only to then have him say that I might have to talk to Splash Car Wash again in order to get them to pay for the work. Buyer please be wary, I am not normally ac critical reviewer, but dealing with this car wash has been a nightmare!

Let me start off by saying I will no longer be taking my car anywhere else BUT to Splash Car Wash! I received a business card from one of their employees, at a deli earlier this month. He had told me about the work they do and types of vehicles they work on. At first I was like "yeah, everyone says that." "Anything to make the sale." But I was looking for a good car wash and detailing for my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 that I turned into a mess of a vehicle one evening after hanging with the guys. Well, the moment I walked into splash they made feel like I was a friend, a buddy, part of the crew which was great because I am extremely picky about who I let touch my car but was promised it would come out better than ever. That promise was definitely kept, my jeep looked phenomenal. Splash Car Wash is my spot now! If youre looking for a solid car wash look no further.

I brought my car here once, and it had some surface scratches to the body because the employees used a scrub brush instead of mitts or microfiber cloths. When I complained to the manager, he did credit me and apologize. Months later, I brought my fiancés car here. The employee assigned to the drivers side duty of scrubbing the body looked like he could not care less about being there. He not only put minimal effort into his job, but he missed SEVERAL places. Our car looked like a zebra with the white body and brown dirt spots all over the drivers side. Overall, I was not impressed with the service. The employees take no pride in their work, and its not worth paying the amount of money for their terrible service. I have pictures of the awful work. You are better off going to a real detailer and getting quality work. Stay away from this car wash!

I used to take my wifes car here, as its the closest one to the house. I usually get The Works, or whatever its called: the high-end detailing package. The outside of the car is generally acceptable - except for the very bottom of the car, where apparently its difficult to lean over a little and clean it - but the inside of the car barely gets a rag waved in its direction. Its ALWAYS still dusty, NEVER properly polished, barely vacuumed, and no attention paid to the bare bones of detailing a car. They also insist on using some horrible-smelling perfume... it makes the interior smell like chemical flowers. Disgusting - and this after my insisting that they not do it. Theyve lost a customer, along with anyone else I talk to about their shop. Horrible service, horrible job.

Had coupon for $15.99 and wanted to add in wax and they told me I could not and that I would have to get $30 wash with works for wax. So I paid the additional and the car came out with dog hair still in the carpets and dash and console dusty and and not wiped down. Wheel covers still covered with brake dust and dirty. Not sure if wax even applied. Will not be going back there ever......very poor service for high price.

They do a nice job. Better job done on weekends when busy. Otherwise its questionable, they need to be watched when cleaning it. Often miss inside rear windows & clean tires and rims but not mud flaps. Also roof tends to dry with water spots on hot days. Unable to dry by towels. You should walk around your vehicle before you leave. $30.00 is a lot of money, to leave the car wash and find they missed a lot.

Many levels of choice. The complete hand wax with intrerior cleaned was a bit over $100. What I got was a simonized exterior and interior cleaned, mats removed and scrubbed, and a car that sparkled. They say that the simoniz polish is good for about 3 months. Work was excellent and the car sparkled. Regular washes are excellent for touch up and salt removal in the winter. Great place and value.

Great car wash with great people. Manager Juan was an extremely nice guy who helped me when I had an issue. They definitely picked the right guy for the job dude is a class act. The owners know what there doing. Customer service was phenomenal.

Wayyyyy overpriced and the quality is absolutely horrible. They miss all sorts of stuff on your car and the detailing center is a scam. Do not go here. The Russell Speeders about 200 feet down the street is so much better in every way.

Big rip off. 30 dollars for "the works" even with a coupon was not worth it. It was not much better than the same thing I get at another car wash for $14. They really have a lot of nerve charging what they do. Will not be back.

over priced combined with poor quality. Pricing not clear. The "works" cost $20 and does not include interior vacuuming. Have to purchase an additional interior package for $30 to vacuum inside, Absurd,

Car comes out filthy! It smells horrible from the dirty water they reuse. Cheap filter! The wheels are as dirty as when it goes in. For the money they charge it should be thoroughly clean!!!

My car smells worse then when I arrived similar to dirty towels. Vacuum job was mediocre. Very dissatisfied for the price.
