I wouldnt usually trust a quick-stop place like this for most repairs, but I stopped in a while ago figuring they could handle a basic service. My air conditioner was not coming out cold and I brought it in for them to charge the system. After several hours watching them work on it and tinker with their machine, they finally told me that my A/C was not accepting a charge and had a large leak. They told me they could not repair it, but once I got it repaired, to bring it back to them for a full A/C charge. They still charged me approximately $100 for a service they did not provide, telling me when I bring it back, I would not be charged. That same day, I found a good mechanic nearby (Vinnies Auto Repair) and he immediately brought my car in. After about 20 minutes, he came to me in the waiting room with a puzzled look in his face, asking exactly what the tech at Foam & Wash told me was wrong with my unit. He stated the A/C unit accepted and a full charge and was not leaking (nearly one year later, its still holding the charge). I went straight back to Foam & Wash with a copy of my receipt from Vinnies depicting no problems. I found the technician who advised me that my unit would not accept a charge, brought him to my car, and let him feel the ice cold air emitting from my A/C. Baffled, he agreed to refund my money. However, he stated he could not refund my credit card which they just billed. Instead, he said he must get authorization from their corporate office to issue me a refund. He stated he would send them the paperwork and guaranteed Id have a check in the mail within less than one week. Two weeks later, I called their corporate office to inquire where my refund was. The lady I spoke with had nothing on file indicating I was due a refund. However, she was extremely helpful and advised me she would look into it. Very shortly thereafter, she called back, instructed me to bring my paperwork back to the shop so they could fax it to her, and my check would be mailed out that same day. I brought my paperwork back to the shop. The assistant manager couldnt even figure out how to use the photocopier to copy my paperwork before faxing it (and these are the same people who are repairing vehicles??). After I showed him how to use the photocopier, we faxed my paperwork to corporate and a reimbursement check showed up within a few days. The lady from corporate even called to follow up and verify that I received the check. I havent been back since. The only reason I give them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the corporate office did the right thing. They intervened, backed me up, and called to verify that I received it.

Was trying to clean my vehicle off after a snow storm. Was full of ice, salt and road grime. Had just work 13hrs, all during the storm. While washing my vehicle, late, in the cold I was told to blow it off outside the bay?? Not really sure how the employee wanted me to do that, but rest assured thats the last $5 bucks youll ever get from me, no more oil changes or car washes here! Will tell everyone I know to anywhere else rather that here.

Overall good. Oil change is getting a bit pricey compared to others in area, wash is good but noticing wear from scrubbers on mirrors and bumpers. So far have lost one radio antenea and one front license plate. Very convenient, I drive by almost every day.

Went in for an oil change today and was met by an extremely friendly group of people who worked there. Did not pressure me into more expensive oil, or sell me anything I didnt need. Fast service and very courteous, I will absolutely go back next time

This is the best out of all the automated car washes. Never wait more than 10 minutes when they are super busy. All employees are very professional. Prices are very reasonable and always have good deals on packages.

Horrible car wash. Back window totally dirty. They are just a money grab at $15 for a car that still looks dirty when youre done.
