very greedy place. Ive always got that vibe from them and today was the last straw. my wife went in for a passover car wash. wednesdays are half price, and of course there was a long line. she waited for 30 minutes and when it was finally her turn she asked for the queen car wash which is normally $60, but because its wendesday its $30. weve done this many times before. they never gave a problem. today was a really long line behind, and they told her they would not give her that car wash. they insisted they would only give her the "chametz special" at $75. they said they didnt have time and she NEEDED The $75 car wash. after being insulted, my wife asked to talk to the owner tommy. tommy insisted she needed the $75 car wash and refused to give her the $30 car wash. my wife refused, we dont have extra money lying around, and we wanted the same car wash service that we would get year round. my wife goes there on average once a month. after refusing her the wash she wanted (which was an advertised price on the board), she wanted to leave, but the only way out was through the car wash. they chrarged her $9 to get through the car wash. an exterior car wash is useless on passover btw. so $9 just to get out. these people are gouging on a jewish holiday. this goes along with the times id come to get an inspection and they insist they would only do it if i got a car wash. i recommend skipping this shop.

Actually, i found the crew horribly nasty. One of the men who worked there just shouted at me and charged me a very hefty price for cleaning my car. I tried to explain to him that one of the workers barely started cleaning my car (as i wanted to take my business elsewhere) but he told me that it was too late and just continued to yell at the top of his lungs. its funny how their motto is "the customer is always right" and especially on the website where they write, "where the customer is always king!" They definitely do not stand by their motto. Another time they also damaged my mothers windshield wipers and claimed that that is how they first received the car. Bad service and flat out criminals. I will never come back here.

I paid 12$ for full service minivan wash, instead of geting a service i had to do everytging my self. Like vacuming and wiping a car after wash .they are to slow and lazy and forgot to armorall my tires even thought i paid for it. will never go here again.

Went here to wash my car... Well, that was a mistake... Found a lot of new scratches, ordered the wash for $12, and, still, car looked like it needs another wash... In a nutshell, dont go there. Read previous reviews if you dont trust me...

1. Unprofessional crew 2. Tricky prices 3. I was cheated. I paid for vacuuming my car but they did nothing just open and close the door of my car. Never go back to those guys!!!

I thought these guys clean a car with details but thats not it, they take too long with each car and still dont do a good job. the towels they use are old and ripped.
