I would give them 0 stars if I could. I paid for one of the most expensive packages which was like $30 or something like that. There was a whole team of people working on my car and results were great, at first. Then I saw that one of the mats had 3" black stain probably from tire shine. I came up to the manager and pointed out the problem. His response was that it was like that before and that I was too cheap to pay him $5 for mat cleaning!!! I left feeling like an idiot for using this car wash. Also, my wife used this car wash once and they scratched her car on both sides with what looked like some sort of brush. She didnt see it right away but when she was giving back the car she had to pay few hundred bucks to fix it. STAY AWAY from this place, you never know what will happen there.

Used to be the best car wash in the area, but it got ruined by increased prices and reduced quality of service. This car wash is advertised as "brushless" car wash, however if you dont tell them not to use brush on your car, staff that takes your car in, will brush mud, sand, oil and whatever else get accumulated on wheels and rims and then use the same brush to apply soap on your car, surely scratching it every time you take it for a wash!!! This goes on for as long as this place exists and nobody cares to explain staff what to do. Also noticed that cashier staff became rude with big attitude...maybe its time for some changes to be done???

Recently Ive had my first car wash in this car wash . Car wash is ok . When I went to a front desk to pay for the car wash I was talking on the speakerphone and a woman on the front desk said to her friend in foreign (Russian) language that ppl got too lazy and dont want to talk on the earphone. She didnt even realize that I speak in Russian language. Then I got upset cuz she made a note to me and she was arguing with me . She acted with me like her employee. Is that attitude that this car wash shows to its customers right? That was my 1st car wash and for sure the last one . Respect your customers as****les.

Horrible place where you will get ripped off! I had a pretty bad experience there. Car wash was fine, but when it came to oil change the mechanic refused to get me regular oil change, instead insisting that my can only needs a synthetic oil. Ive been using regular oil for this car for the past 10 years and never was told that I couldnt get anything but synthetic. Obviously, the guys are trying to rip you off, and instead of getting you a car wash and oil change for $30ish, make you pay over $60.. Please beware and dont let these people still your money!

I went for VIP+ today on my minivan it was $29.00 and it was not a good one... A lot of smears and streaks. Kid who was doing the job, did not have a clue how to do a good job. I hade $10 ready for a tip but lousy job should not be rewarded. Im sorry to say this car wash no longer a good service....Use to come here for clean and good service now have to look elsewhere. Now days its so hard to find good professional services..

Car wash was o.k but the staff sucks. I went to get a oil change and they said I need synthetic oil. I have a Honda Accord not no BMW or Audi. I have had my car for 5 years and have been getting regular oil since day one. Im pretty sure the Honda dealer ship would have told me I needed synthetic oil. So watch out for them mechanics telling you what you dont need and dont let them bully you. Dont come here.

These guys have been here forever and really know what theyre doing. One of the quickest and best oil changes Ive ever had - plus it comes with a free basic car wash! Highly recommend, I dont think Ive ever waited more than 20-30 mins from when the car went in for the oil change, to when it came out of the car wash. You can even save the car wash for another time and youll be in-and-out in 15 mins.

I paid almost $37, and expected to get my car to be clean as new, yet my back window, front window was so dirty, I barely can drive. I had to come back to let them know and make them re-do it. Never again I will use their wacky service. At least hire people that know how to clean cars. Good luck staying in business, not coming back. Not even Im sorry..

I went this Saturday night 8/15/15 just after 1am I gave the guy a 20 dollar bill he then fiddles around with his money then to throw me off he asked me if I had 2 singles & gives me back change for a 10 dollar bill , at the end of the day its not worth the police report & the accompanying assult charge for $10 . Do yourself a favor go elsewhere.

Cant leave a 0 that is why 1. For $17 they scratch my car, my windshield was better before the car wash. Had to rewash my car the next day. The worst part they threw out all of my receives with my PARKING PERMIT without even asking. So now I have to pay to restore my permit. Save your car, nerves and money. DON"T USE them.

The worst car wash i have ever been to. They charged me 14$ and gave me a dirty car back. My front windshield is still dirty, They didt cleaned the sand inside the car either. This is Unbelievable!!!! What did i paid for???? Im going to file a complaint with this company. Theyve stolen my money!!!

Staff is very lier you put one gallon or two doesnt matter they charge you 5 gallons price . When I was very upset and explain then situation they told that they have standard like that . They also promise owner will call me and nobody called me and anyway I paid for 5 gallons for 4 gallon .

These guys are worth the wait in line. They have various packages, however the VIP or VIP plus experience is the best. Your car will not only come out clean, but the attention to detail and time time they will take on your car for an express detail service is outstanding.

Worst car place ive ever took my car too. refused to wash the car completely or even vacuum inside. and charged double for services that are "supposedly" included. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! ALL OF THEM ARE RUDE AND NASTY AND DO NOT KNOW THEIR JOB!!

I parked under a pine tree and my car was covered in sap. The interior of my car was dirty as well. I got the vip clean for $33.00 and they worked on my car for about 40 min. Im very satisfied, it looks brand new. Thank you guys

Place is dying out..used to be good for after 8 drive through... but now it is $8..for $9 you can take it to full service in sunset park or other places... service is bad...dont waist your time...
