Went Saturday 1:30p, peak time, to the usual long line as its the only car wash within 1mi which in this area means a lot of cars. The 2nd nearest 1 is a distant 2nd at $10 more for far inferior attention, so Grand is the best car wash in the area. In detail, the line at peak time is long thus be mindful of not blocking crossing traffic, but the crew is obviously working as politely yet snappily, quickly yet carefully as they can given the obvious disdain of potential customers staring at them. The workers are all Hispanic which is fine if you either have a polite and thoughtful conveyance or speak Spanish (I dont, but it worked out fine). You tell the attendant your desired package; they vacuum and soap the tyres and whole exterior and front grill then they steer your car 10ft into place and off it goes into the usual machine. Then one walks 40ft to the cashier, heavily Russian speaking thus surly but brief attention, pay, and wait outside on the plastic lawn chairs which in the clear winter sun afront so much washing action made it feel strangely like a beach. The long 15mins for the #4 VIP package they spent was disclaimed in advance & worth it as they indeed removed both all top and carpet floor mats, shampooed them aside, shampooed all interior upholstery, vacuum dried it all, wiped done all consoles, Armor-all-ed the tyres, wiped the exterior wholly dry down to the trunk & door lips & even left the under-wipers dry. So much attention for $29.99, thank you Grand Car Wash!

. I used to go to the carwash near Avenue Y near Stop n Shop and hated the lines...one day I passed by and noticed this little car wash in the middle of no where. It was $1.00 more expensive than my regular place but my car came out cleaner...and the convenience of not having to wait in line was worth it..The guys are all nice......the girl who was taking my money was just "bored"..she wasnt mean or anything... They have a coffee pot if you want to make a cup of coffee for FREE (I personally dont drink anything I dont make myself, but then Im kind of OCD) its a nice gesture...other car washes dont offer it.... .I work hard for my money so Im not going to spend it somewhere where I dont think I get a good value for my money. I would go here. Try it. I dont think it will disappoint you. Re: Charging...the prices are clearly posted...I dont see how you could have been overcharged. I always check my receipts..

I went to this car wash after parking under a tree on Brighton. The car was pretty clean excpet *fresh* bird droppings and some tree sap. After paying the manager and looking at the car I was very disappointed. As I explained to the manager what I had expected he pointed to another car exclaiming that they paid more than me. If the place were busy at the time I guess I could understand their hurry but there was 1 more car there and all the mexicans were just standing around. Repeating the wash more thoroughly would have been the classy thing to do and it would have gained him a customer. Just go elsewhere.

Ordered ultimate pckg, that is $20 +tax. 4 guys quickly rubbed everything and left. Next to me another patron was having simiar difficulties because cleaning crew didnt want to clean something properly. I stood next to my car UNATTENDED this whole time, only to find out 10min later that they were done. I just hopped in and left, interior cleaned badly, dirty spots all over that could have easily been cleaned and on top of all what is rain-x triple polish that took 1 min?What kind of polish done with dry washcloth? Ill stay away in future

Do not take your car here for a car wash if you do not want people to handle your car like a nascar race driver. These people drive your car recklessly out of the garage and do not even care that you saw them driving it recklessly!! The prices are over priced and they are most of all rude. I am very upset, actually thats an understatement. I cant describe how upset I am. If they wanted to race cars they should have been a race car driver!!

Worst place ever !! AVOID AVOID AVOID IF POSSIBLE !!!!They charge for everything .. hidden fees and this is so embarrassing for a business to have .. a charge of 49 cents for using any credit card !! Ridiculous!! Workers are rude too !! Car wash was mediocre .. first and last time here !! No way !! I would rather give my money to overpriced oakleys on Knapp street !!

The place is suckkkkkkks I never seen any service in US. I took the towel in front of them clean my car they dont care . I call the pig inside asking her she said we do outside . Outside was worse than inside . I would feel bad if I spend a panny..

Best car wash Ive been to. Tried a few in south Brooklyn but this one is the best. Workers were accommodating and didnt rush me out. They did a great job and took time to properly clean the inside of my car. Definitely get the VIP.

Do not waste ur time they dont vaccum the car and all of them r lazy people it was dirt all over and the guy tells me to oay extra10$ for a vacuum on top of 21$ DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

I believe this car wash does a very good job compared to other car washes I have been to. They just raise the price but personally it is a fair price given the service they offer.

Seriously it says vacuum inside and exterior wash and they were asking me for $10 extra to vacuum inside and when I pointed it out to them they said its business

Great service for the price. Car was left spotless and only took about 15 minutes to clean the inside and outside of the car.
