This place is a dump they rip you off do not wash your car properly leave all the thing on it and then when you go back to them and tell them that you could do a better job by yourself with your bikini on on a summer time and still make your s*** Sparkle because when they finish washing it your car is still looking like much dirt on it the 2199 and clean all the details what car does come out looking Bell it is not wax in his not shiny and is not clean and it vacuumed inside by putting mode dirt so seriously the only person that run the manager place name is Rico and he is the most of the f****** Ripple like seriously thats why I should have continue taking my call the Nissan dealership cuz Tropical Breeze on Utica Avenue or f****** rip off because they just want to give you a call that 699 wash even though you pay 2199 for your service they just want to act like youre all crazy well today they were they wash my car 3 times until they got it right so if you come in here to Tropical Breeze dont paint 2199 pay 699

One of the worst car washes in Brooklyn, management is horrible and they refused to take responsibility for damage they did to my car, went in with no scratch and came out with a huge scratch on the side of my car and management refuse to take responsibility. Do not recommend anyone go here.
