Just getting the cashier to tell me how much a car wash was and what it included was an argument which I didnt start but forced into after evasive non-answers, lack of language or listening skills, and a terrible snappy dismissive attitude. I cant wrap my head around this engagement thus couldnt recommend them for an actual car wash. Observing the line in the front shows their limited post-wash length shows why theyre rushing around. The workers supplies are also obviously insufficient which makes me question worker morale thus car for my car, thus I cant recommend this place.

Charged 28usd for VIP wash. Doesnt worth your buck. I dont recommend this place. Only maybe if you are looking to get the dust out of your car. If you want to really clean your car, dont go here. Signs for types of washes is misleading, even if you pay the highest amount, you dont get cleaning you expect and they promise. I specifically told them that as well. They just tell their workers to do better job and let you go. They dont pay attention to details at all.

Be careful with your car at the entrance of the car wash, they can scratch your car easily and they dont care, they dont even have respect to the customer, but those who dries your car they are good, they take care of your car normally. They guys who wash your car do not deserve respect and tip, and those who dry it they deserve both.

Worse service ever. Sign says one thing but service itself is different than the sign. They only know how to charge money, not give you the right service. Never coming back. All lies. Dont recommend at all. Wish i could give 0 stars.

Ive been using this place for the past 6 months, and find it to be the best car wash in the sheepshead bay area, and I think I tried them all. The line to get a wash can be long, but worth the wait.
