Giant Car Wash SUCKS. They damaged my car twice. First they scratched the car - a really long fine scratch - because they drop towels and pick them up off the ground with dirt, debris, and gravel. They lamely shake the towels clean and then dry your car with it. Today they scratched the trunk of my car (stupid me for going back). They stole a freaking "baby on board magnet off the car. It did not fall off the car during the wash - I watched it go all the way through the car wash and out the other side. I asked for a manager and the guy told me to file a police report. Giant Car Wash - Never Again.

My husband and I came here for a car wash for the very first time. After the big machine wash, the older gentleman outside with a beard and skull cap was supposed to wipe down the car. They outright refused to wipe the car saying we paid the people inside and not them. Extremely horrendous and irritating service. I believe every service person should be given a chance but these are miserable people who shouldnt be in the service industry. Avoid them at all cost!!! Google something else, youll be far more happier.

I wanted to keep them a secret. They seem some what busy as it is... But felt I wouldnt be doing them a service for the awesome car wash they provided. Seriously, detailed service for average car wash price. I was IMPRESSED. I will ALWAYS wash my car here. THEY ARE REALLY FREAKIN GOOD!!! Thank you. I havent been excited with car washes these days but this place just proved to me there are "beyond great service" places in this area

They should do a better job. If you try to be competitive with your prices, but the service is not good, so I think you better charge little more, but clean better. Now, if you use their detail cleaning, it is a completely different story. The detail cleaning really makes the car shine like you just bought it. I used the detailed few times and they did amazing job.

Unpleasant attitude, deficient service. When you politely point out at their shortcoming or mistake they will provide you with an invalid excuse and try to explain you how life in fact works, they refuse their own service offer on posters explainig it with foolish reasons e.g. shift change. Definitely changing my car wash place..........

I love this car wash all the workers are great the manager name Sakoona he is really good and professional and helps every person out if they need help even if its not his job he still does it all other workers are good also new owners are great too looks nice inside and clean I come here all the time dont go no where else anymore..

I dont not recommend this car wash at all they dont wipe the cars the night crue Bribes for tips if you tell them my whole car is still wet they say you didnt get a $10 wash you got $8 wash I dont have to wipe it . Manger or Boss should straighten them out the way they talk to people Garbage ! Take my advice or check for yourself

They are so strict with the service they give you. I paid for washing in and out, and when they finished (or claimed they finished), i saw dirt between the seats, so iasked them to clean it, and they say they wont, since it is for "detail clean". I tool from them one of the towels, and it took me 3 SECONDS to wipe the dirt. OMG...

I will never go there again! Took my brand new car, which has Weather Tech floor mats. The workers threw them across the yard to be washed, then put them back in my car soaked. A sign states "Please speak to the manager if you have any concerns" so I did. He laughed it off and blamed me. Unprofessional.

They do sloppy job here during the day using same towel to wipe whole car and Windows they dont care much about interior you gonna have to wipe after them again, if you bring your car at night only for exterior wash they will put sticker on your windshield depending on how much did you tip if you tip.

I would not take my car to any other car wash in the city. Even though I do not live in the neighborhood anymore.. I still travel to Giant Car Wash Inc. The staff is always polite, they do a supreme job with detailing, and Manazer always greets me with a smile on his face.

None2 Nonsence

I got my car washed today. And when employee start wiping my car with dirty towels they scratched the paint on the roof of my car. So please pay attention to those empoyee who dont change the their towels and uses the same one whole day.

Your car will be still dirty when it comes out of the wash and they dont even car. Id say stay away from it. Avoid at all cost to go there. I hope they go out of business soon and will be replaced with a business which actually cares.

Paid for wash outside and clean inside. They vaccummed well but would have liked them to wash and wipe the Interior more. Had to ask them after they do wishes to clean cup holder which they did with a leftover rag

Went there at night. Pretty rude and rough service but at the end of the day the wash went on without issue. The car came out ok, 7/10 cleanliness maybe. As someone mentioned they only do exterior at night.

Lazy, useless employees. Didnt wipe down the car. Still had bird crap on the window. Had to ask for towels to wipe down myself. Worst car wash Ive ever been to. Used to be good.

Charged me 85$ for interior detailing with shampoo and all they did was a regular car wash with little vacuum. Rip off!
