One star because the thats the lowest I can give on Google review. I dont understand how this place is still in business. Went here for an oil change and had a horrible experience. I asked to speak to the manager who offered no help just took my number and said the owner need to investigate and will get back to me. Its been over a week and I have yet to hear from the owner or the manager. Also they offer free car wash with oil change. The car wash was useless, upon inquiring why the car still looks the same, the employee bluntly said "its a cheap car wash, what do you expect". Worst experience, will never return.

From management to each employee your service is VERY poor. I bought a booklet of 10 washes and every time I am there someone is NOT nice or is unwilling to do the job they were supposed to do. The mats are always wet when I get into the car, the door jams are not wiped down, the dry staff is nasty and refuses to look you in the eye or help you get a spot clean here or ther and worse of all the owner never returns a call to a dissatisfied loyal customer. Thats why Im a dissatisfied EX loyal customer who knows how to use social media. Good luck with that car wash thing!

I am attaching a picture of how my wheels looked after the wash that cost $15.99. In addition they DAMAGES the electrical system for the drivers electric seat, when they vacuum, they hit and broke the covering on the seats track. The supervisor on duty was rude. I left a detailed message for the owner a Mr. Thomas J. Collins and sent a message to him. Still have not heard back.

The prices here are expensive and the workers do a sloppy job. We were watching as they were spraying water everywhere with the doors open, getting water in the car and even spraying me with water. After the car was supposedly done there was still soap in all the door cracks and the overall quality of the wash was poor. We wont be back soon.

This car wash is the worst car wash that i ever brought my car to i paid for the platium package and the job was very pour they didnt even dry the car completely when it came out they did a half way job to the point that i had to dry my own car bc they were very lazy so im trying to figure out why paid them $17.11 this place is a joke

I was so excited to find a full service car wash close to my new home in OC. Sadly, not to be. Even after going back and asking that my console be addressed again, it still required me wiping it down and cleaning out the cup holders myself. Not what I expect for a $32 car wash :-( My search will have to continue!

Brush mechanism did not only scratch but removed the paint off of my passenger door. Manager denied it. Owner was no where to be found brand new gmc without a mark on it previously. Police strongly recommend going to court as it has happened often in the past

Absolutely terrible. Didnt clean or wipe down interior. Finger prints still on windows. Didnt dry it off. Didnt completely vacuum. And, front license plate totally bent from the left side over the front... This was for the $15.99 platinum wash.

Always so fast .. never do a good job !! I have tried them now 4 times .. never even moved my rugs when vacuuming. . never going back ... pjs on Black Horse Pike only .. or do it myself! !!

Excellent full service establishment. Clean waiting room area free wifi and they do a great express detail and have top of the line oil products for my BMW M series.

Mediocre car wash. Not very thorough with cleaning. A bit expensive for the quality of work received. Oil changes are way over priced.

Paid for the platinum...whole car had water spots. Tires not done and only front windows washed. Love the flag, wont go back
