Just came home from Rockland car wash on rt 59. I expected to find my antenna broken because they break it every time. However, this time they broke the windshield wiper completely off. I had been continuing to go there because they seemed to do the best cleaning job compared to the other car washes I have been to. Nonetheless, after todays experience I will have to rethink that choice. I may be able to deal with the broken items because I presume they were accidental. However, they also stole my change. I had suspected this in the past. Therefore, today I actually checked it before I departed the car. Sure enough when I got back, most of it was gone. They left pennies 1 quarter and 1 dime. I usually leave a good tip. However, today I checked my car first and decided the money they stole would be the tip. I have learned from this experience. I will leave a very minimal amount of change in my car and count it before departing.(at all car washes) If the workers steal the few cents, that will be their tip. If they are not thieves I will leave a nice tip

Absoute worst experience. Would rather give it ZERO stars if I could. I get it, stuff happens. I have a fairly new SUV which I have taken to car washes before but when it came out of the machine here (and they dont let you sit in your car) the windsheild wipers were stuck in the middle of the windshield. Rebooting the system didnt fix it, all you heard was a motor noise. Got the manager out who tried to tell me it was my fault. I had the automatic wipers on, which I did not, and therefore when the water gets on the windshield from the carwash the wipers start up. The wipers got stuck in their brushes and damged the motor to the wipers.. Not only did he consistently try to tell me it was not his fault, which it was, he was not going to hear anything about paying for the problem. At least if he had tried to apologize and showed some amount of responsibility I do not think I would have turned to the internet to complain, on many websites, about this business. Avoid them if possible, other good carwahes in Rockland!

I left with a broken side view mirror. Not because of the wash, but because the idiot workers didnt understand the difference between manual and power-folding mirrors. I immediatley told the manager who told me to get a receipt to get it fixed. Following day I show up and they tell me they wont cover it. Absolute WORST car wash in the county! I recommend going here if you want your car in worse condition than when it arrived. You would think the car would come out clean since they have 20 people swarming the car after it leaves the wash too. Subpar at best.

This place used to be good. They used to clean the windows using windex. But now its terrible. If you dont mind spending $17 to $25 you can try this place and let ur own judgment b the judge. For $20 you can go to hand wash Car wash in rt 303 or rt 304 or the 1 in West Nyack road and the 1 in rt 59 nyack hightech Detail.

They do a good job inside and outside the car for 14.95 they honestly do. But the other reviews arent lying they might of took some change out the cup holders and thats just unnecessary specially if I put something in the tip box as well

Worst car wash ever didnt clean my car at all I looked at the reviews before it said it wasnt good thought it wouldnt be that bad it was worse Ill advise not to go

Terrible car wash place. They never vacuum the right and they never clean the car right. Im paying 17 bucks for to halfway have a decent car

Went to this car wash to have a wallet stolen from my console. Asked for a manager . They hung up on me avoid this car wash !!!!
