My parents purchased their hotel stay and spa package at Karlavy Vari, Chech Republic through Glavs Travel Agency. The agency did notify my parents that the hotel had a fire three months prior to their stay and the pool and aquatic procedures of the hotel are not available during their stay in September of 2017. My parents specifically picked this hotel for their spa services as they have stairs there before. After they arrived, the travel agency told them that they may use a pool at a different hotel; however, that is not what the local representative told them. They were only limited to a one visit to a different hotels pool. DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICES.

What a disorganized, poorly planned and poorly managed trips. You will wind up paying extra for practically everything once you arrive in Italy and Switzerland. Hotels are horrible, food is uneatable. The only people who were happy are tourists from Ukraine and Russia. Do yourself a favor, look for other options? We work too hard to waste our vacation time and money. You will not like it unless you fly in form Karpinsk, Sverdlovsk Oblast. Sorry Karpinsk.
