DO NOT USE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THESE RELIGIOUS PEOPLE ARE VERY OBNOXIOUS. STAY AWAY!!!!I booked flights to Israel - 2 round trip tickets that cost me $1785 each. The travel agent booked me on standby and never told me. When I got to the airport with my expecting wife the airline told us we were never booked with a valid ticket, your travel agent always had you on standby. The merchant/travel agent said he booked me on standby an was hoping i would get on the flight. However that flight and the next 2 were overbooked and there was no shot of me getting on the flight. This travel agency books tickets hoping to get there customers one, and without telling them their status of their flight. I had to buy my own ticket at the airport which was very upset and i had to pay for transportation to and from the airport. And in the airport while i was trying to relsolve everything i was on hold for almost 2 hours. and when i confirmed the flight with the agency in the morning they never mentioned anything about a standby. and later the merchant admitted that i was on standby the whole time. if he wouldve said sorry there are no seats on this flight i wouldve booked another flight - i do not want to go to the airport for the possibility of getting on a flight. Then the travel agency cancelled my reservation all together while i was at the airport trying to get on a flight. This way i couldnt get on any flight. not only did they screw me for putting me on standby but they did not help me get on another flight.

Do All Travel - Brooklyn Travel Agency in Borough Park, Brooklyn is the absolute WORST! I cant even explain everything that happened because i do not know. I made the reservation, gave my credit card number and was told i would be charged immediately. When i got the credit card authorization the name was spelled wrong - and it was very clear and confirmed over the phone what the correct spelling was. They tried to charge me $30 to correct the mistake, after first stating it was only $20 - they billed me $20. The agent would not return calls or emails for 5 days. Finally I spoke to a "supervisor" who was no help, but waived the fee. I was then told they made a mistake and we may only be allowed 20 kilo of luggage, not 2 50 pound bags. For a week they were "working on confirming this" and then i found out i had NO TICKET AT ALL. Something changed and they can only rebook on worse flights for an additional $500. I could have done much better when i first started dealing with doall with a different agent than the new increased price. They wasted 2 weeks while every other fare for the needed time period went up. THEY ARE THE WORST and there is no accountability. - Ben

StaY away !!!! This is the worst agency I have ever booked on. They charged my credit card twice for flights on the same day as the one I traveled on. PEsach they sent me confirmation for a noon flight ( which is what I paid for) then erev the second days they send me a confirmation that Im on a different flight. The staff. Is rude and not helpful. Overall its a nightmare dealing with them.

They are fine, very local community travel agency. Nice to work with. Know what they are doing and have special contracts with airline carriers you cant get online.
