Im ashamed to give even a star for this dirty place. They are the most disorganized business I ever seen in my life. First they pick up the laundry without giving you a receipt. So If your shirts are lost then good luck, they will not be able to find it for you. The manager is unfriendly and he does not listen to what you say. I gave them my laundry which i was expecting to be delivered in 2 days as promised and I have not got it until a week later when I had to go in and find the shirts myself. I have changed my address and apparently they put the laundry under the old one despite me saying many times that I changed my address. I kept calling for 5 days and every time the delivery guy, which turned out to be the owner or the manager, and every time he said that he got it, and they will deliver it to me. This happened over three times until i finally went it and found it myself under a different name and my old address. Who picks up something without giving a receipt or knowing the address you picked something from!!! Eventually the manager acted as if it was my fault and instead of apologizing he was very rude. This place should be really closed. If you are thinking of loosing your cloths bring them to this laundry, otherwise I advise you to stay away even if you live close.

These guys do great work for a fair price. Cheaper then anywhere else Ive used. Always friendly and helpful. I used their dry cleaning once and I felt it was overpriced. Other than that, these guys rock!
