I used the self service machines here and all was fine. It was a little more expensive than other places at $1.99 for a small machine. My only quibble is that you have to buy a card from a machine which you top up with dollar bills. If you spend enough you get extra credit. However, I was only staying in the area for a few weeks and when it came to leave I got the dollar back on my card but not the remaining credit. I prefer to just stick quarters in - at least I know what Im getting. Overall its a clean bright place, with TVs showing the news which was very handy when Hurricane Sandy was brewing. Theres an ATM next to the card-feeding machine.

Absolute WORST Cleaners I have ever come into contact with! A. They barely "Dry Cleaned" what I dropped off (If you could even call it "Dry cleaning") B. COMPLETELY RUINED a Beautiful Business Dress I have had for years and have WASHED in a Machine MYSELF & had never ruined. The eggshell white collar ended up looking as if it was washed in COFFEE!! C. Never even washed or pressed anything I sent in. They obviously do NOT know what "pressing/ ironing" is. Finally, I highly Recommend staying FAR, FAR AWAY from this sad excuse for a business!!

I had six of my winter coats dry cleaned there, and three of them came back with missing parts--two were missing belts and one missing the outer jacket. People at the front desk were responsive and tried to help with the situation, but the manager (who comes in early afternoons on M, W, F, and not the lady that other posts seem to be referring to, she actually was trying to help) was rude and not apologetic at all about the incident. I used to be a regular customer because of their competitive pricing; but ended up losing hundreds of dollars.

Cheers Sajeet! This is the worst laundry service Ive experienced in 7 years of living in New York. They bleached my bathroom mat from gray to yellow. They loose socks with every load and replace then with mystery underwear. Plus, if you have any special requests you can forget about them. Even something allergy related. Laundry city has a hold on the market in L.I.C. And they take advantage of that fact daily. Its time for them to revamp their customer service, attention to detail and start taking credit cards.

I never used the washers and dryers, but they look like a regular laundromat, with nothing negative apparent. The dry cleaning, on the other hand, stands out, not because it seems pretty much like other dry cleaners, which it does in both service and quality, but, because almost everything, except comforters and winter coats, I recall, costs $2.99

Some guy stumbled in like hed been shot and was pale as hell. Proceeded to walk up to the drying machine I was using and took a few things out and continued my cycle. Changed right there in front of everyone. I didnt say anything, big black dude, hes all over the news too. Name might be Luke?

Ive used the drop off and self service machines both with no problems. Drop off its fast and a good price, my only complaint there is they use REALLY strong smelling fabric softener. Ive avoided the dry cleaning because my roommate had some issues with damaged and missing clothes.

lady supposely she is the manager but she is very rude and disrespectful, bad customer service when she is around however the guy from the afternoon is very respectful n helpful n keeps the laundry very clean!!! AVoid the old lady

Clean place , good customer service weekday afternoons , and avoid the "manager" weekday mornings she is too rude. Overall very professional wash and fold done.
