The staff at Nagad is extremely knowledgeable and professional, from the secretary, to the designer, to the individual that did the measuring. There are so many positive things, but heres a synopsis. 1) DESIGN: just like with everything, if the plan isnt good, the result wont be. When planning a kitchen the design is the most important. My design specialist listened to all of my desires (size of sinks, dishwasher on this side, etc) and did her best to map them out in a design that worked. She had expert communication and design skills both of which are key, but she was also ruthlessly honest, which brings me to the next point. 2) INTEGRITY: when I asked my design specialist what organizers to put in or about some additional thing that she couldve made money on, she didnt push things that I could get elsewhere or that I didnt need. She worked with my price range and we found a kitchen that I love and that didnt break the bank. I was advised against "builders grade" products but not pushed into custom products that I didnt need. I went with a stunning Hanseem kitchen, very modern, for which they are rated highly on the Hanseem web site. 3) SERVICE: the company stands by their products. If the cabinets arrive scratched, you snap and email a picture and they take care of it. I am so happy I went with Nagad and will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Would highly recommend. Had a good, seemingly comprehensive selection of styles and vendors to choose from, and ran a very good service and installation process from end to end. The initial consultations were highly collaborative and useful to shape the design. Good focus on attention to detail and making sure the kitchen would be fully functional, and communication around specifics. Patient staff, very responsive to questions, and willing to correspond over email (important). Actual cabinet-maker vendor (Hanssem) offered great value for money in terms of quality and style, and worked seamlessly with Nagad. Cabinet delivery was on time, and the installers were very good -- particularly on getting the details right. (E.g. doing a precise, difficult cut to fit a spacer flush with an ornate window frame.) When handles were back-ordered, they came back straight away as soon as they arrived and installed for no extra charge. Countertop was also delivered on time and templating and installation were perfect. Nagad offered a refreshingly great product and service experience in a city full of crummy construction-related companies!

I highly recommend Nagad cabinets! I especially recommend Yafit! She was great to work with and very helpful in the decision making process. At Nagad they stand by their work and work within your needs and within your style. The quality of the cabinets are great and the installer did a beautiful job.
