Several months ago I went on a search to find a decent cleaning service because the woman I was using was unreliable and inconsistent. I searched the web and found todays maid, I called and set up an appointment and boy am I glad that I did! todays maid service is the BEST hands down! The maids are on time, pleasant to work with and they do an EXCELLENT job! Not to mention that my dog, Marley loves them. And speaking of Marley, when I found out that todays maid service added a pet service I signed him up immediately! Just like the maids, Marleys dog walkers have been superb. Not just at walking him, they are well educated on animals which is very comforting to me as a new pet owner. They schooled me on his temperament, food choice and walking techniques. I could go on and on about the services that Todays maid provides....and I will! I also use their laundry and handyman services. The laundry service I previously used was a nightmare--never getting my clothes to me on time, missing articles of clothing, limited contact with a supervisor, not the kind of service you want from a company that is providing a luxury service. But once again Todays maid came to the rescue. todays maid has continued to provide professional service in all aspects of their business. Mention should also be made of the exceptional staff and supervisors who are readily available to help me when I have a problem, need to schedule or reschedule an appointment or provide me with information about their services.

Having a large turnover at our place, we have tried several cleaning services, but we have had multiple problems with the services, until someone suggested we try Todays Maid. We called to schedule our first appointment, and the performance was excellent. Easy scheduling, timely service, and truly satisfactory cleaning. The maid was courteous, cooperative, and smiling. After the maid left, it was a tremendous relief for us, and since then, we have used them multiple times, with great success, and all of the maids were very capable.

One thing in particular I liked about them is the fact that they have great attention to detail with their cleaning services. They cleaned each and every room, and hit everything from top to bottom. They took out all the trash, mopped, and vacuumed...the works! They did my kitchen very well too, down to the appliances as well as the microwave. And, my bathroom looks like new now - they scrubbed the toilet, the sink, the shower, did all the glass and mirrors and arranged everything neatly. definitely a five star service team!

Today’s Maid is the best! We love coming home on the day that Natalie visits. The minute we walk in my son says "It smells so good Natalie must have been here!" I dont know what we would do without her! Keep up the great work Natalie! My bathroom & kitchen are simply stunning!!! Shirley did a fantabulous job in the 3 hours she was at my place. I had her focus only on those 2 rooms...and it was beyond worth it! I almost didnt recognize my bathroom Thank you so much Todays Maid for all your help!

Ive used cleaning services before, but todays maid is life-changing. I had no idea how badly I needed extra help with the house. The cleaners have all been really friendly and extremely thorough. Customer service is fantastic and I love that you can book an appointment online. The pricing is really reasonable too. Im so happy with todays maid that Ive started having them come once every two weeks just to keep the apartment in sparkling clean shape. Cant wait for them to come next week!

This company is the ultimate professional co. I used them with one of my larger contracts and they came through with flying colors. They ensure satisfaction and worked almost around the clock to make my company look good. I used them again on another project and they came through again. Then I used them in my own home and I couldnt have been happier. I am writing this because this is the only way to spread the news about this company. had an appointment Sat at 1pm. they never showed up. I called, left voicemail, they called back and said, somehow the cleaner never got notified by the system. We rescheduled for Sun at 2pm. they never showed up. I called, left voicemail, several hours later (too late to do anything), I got a call back saying, something came up and the guy didnt make it. I never even received a call in advance! I didnt even yell at them. I will just not use their service :) Karma baby

Excellent service. Friendly, prompt staff. My house is clean and smells wonderful. I have two cats and have never heard a complaint (yes I vacuum after them often but other cleaning services have hemmed and hawed about that). Prompt response to email requests. I think for what you get-service, quality cleaning and someone you can trust in your home-the price cant be beat.. Im a very happy customer right now!

Ive been using Todays Maid Service ever since I moved here in Nyc and every single time I have had a Great experience with them. The workers are really nice and they are always punctual. They did a really great job on my living room and made sure there was basically no dust anywhere. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again soon.
