I really loved the pizza (by the slice) when they first opened, so I decided to go back for dinner with my whole family. There were a few problems that werent worth mentioning while there.. people stood right outside the front door and smoked their cigarettes, but it blew into the restaurant and made us all feel sick. The lighting was awful (too bright) and they had a radio blaring the news throughout the restaurant but you coudnt really make out what was being said. Anyway..the food we all ordered was just okay. I was so disapointed because I loved my plain slices of pizza the day before. It was hot with a thin crust and a delicious sauce. The personal pizzas didnt have the flavor of the regular pie. My son ordered pizza with pineapple, and they werent willing to put it on three slices. When we told them we would pay for the whole pie with pineapple, they still wouldnt do it. very very strange for a business just starting out. I will go there for an occasional slice, but thats it

There are Italian restaurants and there are ITALIAN RESTAURANTS...like the kind that your Italian wife who is an excellent cook of the Italian cuisine gives a thumbs up too. All I can say is that this is a hidden secretin Westchester that shouldnt be (ahem, hello Best of Westchester, listen up). Angelos family recipes and the love that goes into it shows in every dish. Its Pasta with Red Clam Sauce for my wife and the Chicken Scarpariello for me...and of course the pasta slices which seem to be a favorite with all the kids in Chappaqua...and beyond. Definitely worth the trip.

Beware! I used to go here all the time and had them cater my daighters birthday and other family events. Recently, I ordered two heros and was told one price. Hours later I was told the price of the heros has gone up by 2 and 1 dollar per foot and it would be 9 dollars more. I could not belive a local pizzeria would operate like that for 9 dollars. The prices are high as is which I get due to the area and quality but they lost my and my families business today and for the future.

A great stop for cyclists touring in the neighborhood. Casual indoor and outdoor seating, no problem with spandex. Beer and wine for those so inclined, and an extensive menu of pizzas and pastas as well as heartier fare. Staff is very accommodating, brought us plenty of fluids during our lunch break and topped off our water bottles with ice and water for the journey back to New Canaan.

STAY AWAY. Wow, just came back from a miserable experience. 1/13/12. Waited forty minutes for very mediocre pizza, and didnt even get the whole order! They never prepared one persons order! Owner tried to blame the waitress! Shame on him. Owner made no attempt to apologize. Last time for us. Save your money!

Ignore any reviews that say "This is the greatest pizza Ive ever eaten!". Obviously those people know nothing. This place is okay. Its better than Pizza Station, but nowhere near the reigning champ in town, Marios. Save your money; Marios is down the road.

Probably the best standard-fare Italian food youll find in Chappaqua- plus they deliver. Not amazing, but you wont be let down too badly if you come expecting a good pizza & pasta joint- its not gourmet Tuscan food place by any means, but hits the spot.

Bad service and rude staff. We had a party of four and they didnt bring one of the entrees out until the rest of us were half way done. When we asked about the missing entree, the staff said to us "Its not ready yet. You want it cold?"

They have been consistently very good to my family. There have been slight differences in presentation and service, depending on how busy they are, but the food is always great and the location and restaurant appearance is pleasant.

Everything was tremendous. You can literally watch the cooks toss the home made dough. I can assure you that Puzza Dtation doesnt have that type of quality, and it shows in their pizza.

Even after Marios completed its renovations, this place is still the king of the Chappaqua pizzerias.
