Our reception at Floral Terrace was great. People liked the food and everything ran smoothly. Tino, was a great person to deal with. There are two things that happened that night that does not make this a 5 star review: 1) one of the bridesmaids got stuck in the elevator and there was no phone in the elevator that she could call anyone to notify of the problem. 2) We had a customized cake and it took me months to get the cake design the way I wanted it. I had 5 sentimental ornaments on the cake. When the cake was brought out the ornaments were on it. However, we did not see the cake after it was taken in to be cut and those ornaments were never returned to us! This really angers me because the hall was going to reimburse us for the ornaments which were probably stolen from a staff member but the price of the ornaments were nothing compared to how much they meant to me and my husband. I dont want their money, I want my ornaments. For the hall to hire someone on their staff that would just be so stupid, selfish and greedy to steal ornaments because they were pretty is horrible!

I have no words that can explain the service and experience here. Frank and his staff out did themselves for our wedding on July 8, 2017. I have nothing but gratitude and wonderful memories. My guests and family are still talking about our wedding and how they have NEVER been to a wedding so exquisite, gorgeous, and awesome. Those adjectives are just a few of the many I heard our guests say. I knew I was paying for a really nice wedding, but never in my dreams or daydreams did I expect what we had. From the service, to the food (and let me tell you, the menu we chose and paid for was off the wall!!!!), to everything else, it was perfect. The guests thought that our cocktail hour was the reception...if that gives you a clue as to how amazing this place is. When you have a wedding here, you get the entire building. It is truly outstanding... if you can afford it, this is the place to be. I am so happy that for our wedding it was like a Royal wedding. I cannot believe that that was my wedding! 5 STARS!!!! My now husband and I just had our wedding on 4/20/2017, it was everything we invisioned and more, the staff was very attentive to our every need and more, especially Tino Xiena and Paola they were at my side at all times and made sure everything I needed was at arms reach! They truly went above and beyond! The food was amazing and my family and friends were very much impressed and gave us so many complements on the food and the venue alone is beautiful! I had my wedding at Floral Terrace in 2014. i live in North Carolina. The service I got was excellent from the beginning. They worked with me long distance with no problem. They took care of everything for us and I had a beautiful day! The staff was awesome, and very attentive! this was money well spent! My family is still talking about the food and the service they received. It was beautiful! If you want a stress free wedding day, this is the place! awesome!

Beautiful venue and great customer service. I shot a wedding here and the staff were really helpful. Get the steak. I believe the only thing I didnt like was that, in order to use the screens to show any video or slideshow, you would need to let them know in advance (extra charge). Thats because it is handled by an external company. So, no surprises for the bride and groom (Photographers take note). Besides that, very nice venue.

My wife and I got married here back in 2008 and they were really wonderful. They took care of everything and our guests felt really welcomed. The food is awesome and they give seconds for those who want to try other items or are still hungry. We also recently went back for a friends wedding and the experience was similar. They really are a great Hall that only does one event at a time. I would highly recommend them.

This venue was awesome! The upstairs part is especially beautiful. It has an ornate ceiling that is adorned with gold and carvings. Apparently it used to be a movie theater years ago. Anyway, the food was awesome I ordered the salmon and rice with veggies, it was delicious. My girlfriend got the filet mignon and it was perfect. The bar service was great too. I would definitely recommend this place to people!

Went to a wedding last night very disappointing! The cocktail hour barely any was food passed. When food came out it was dry, cold, and old. Staff very unfriendly. No other food was offered until an hour into the event. The buffet had an array of food but cold cuts at a Wedding.... very sad because the place was beautiful, clean, and festive.

My cousin had her wedding here today 611/16. WHAT A AMAZING PLACE!!!! It looks tiny from the outside, but when the doors open...its just WOW!!! Clean, staff very courteous and attentive staff. Food was good..would recommend.

My daughter and son in law had there wedding here it was FANTASTIC!!! They had over 300 people and everyone felt they were at my house for Sunday dinner! Looking forward to New Years eve with them. Simply the best.

Broccoli was not cooked, salmon had a few bones, parking was tight and the dessert plate was smeared with cake which soiled my $2000 sports jacket. Staff was attentive and polite and amenities were nice.

Excellent and beautiful place for a wedding. The rooms are gorgeous and well designed. The food was delicious, especially cocktail hour and dessert. However, the staff didnt look happy working there.
