I was downsized from my Corporate job I had with a company I worked with for 3 years. I had a rough time looking for work and matter of fact was living off my savings for 4 months after unemployment was cut, so it was very nerve racking and an unpleasant time for myself. I thought I could get employment sooner. I signed up with Aerotek and in no time I was offered an assignment with one of their contract companies. My Recruiter was a gentleman named Alex Pozin. Alex and the team at Aerotek was extremely helpful in their support to find me a job opening that I felt comfortable doing and enjoy doing! The assignment was taking inbound phone call applications for mailed out offers for credit card applicants via a marketing campaign. Though Alexs extensive advice and the training at the contracts company I worked for and exceeded quickly and ask Alex if I can have more time in weekly. (I personally know about marketing campaigns from my last place of employment, and realize unless another campaign comes up soon or another comes before the last one ends, youre not going to have work). Alex asked their contract company if I have more hours in. So I started in April 26, 2014. Then after asking for more time I was offered a 40hr a week job as Customer Service Rep. for current clients with the companys credit card holders. That was in Sept of 2014. Alex and crew personally always asked, Hows it going, are you O.K. with this job and even personally delivered my checks to me! Alex and crew at Aerotek stated if you do well at your assignment the company might take you in and you would get paid directly by them which they did in May 2015. Since then I was asked and interviewed for a Senior Representative for the company, have now paid vacation and sick time. And Im now in the companys 401K. Received two hourly pay raises and also 7 bonuses since March of 2015! Yes! The company they place you in you can also receive bonuses! I have nothing but the greatest respect for Alex Pozin and the team at Aerotek! They knew after I explained my situation and work experiences, and yes you have to fill out paperwork and give them your resume. They actually interview you as a one on one client of theirs, like Mr. Pozin did for me personally because maybe a client isnt right for a certain job. But they will most definitely give advice on a placement, that like myself wasnt sure if I was going to be good at my assignment. Since then I have another ex coworker that I worked with from my last job that was downsized from my last employment. Alex interviewed her and was hired full time by the contact company in 6 months time with the contract company. As for the company I now work with I have nothing but praise for. Alex and the crew at Aerotek was outstanding!

I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in May 2015. A day after graduating I stared applying on websites like Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder and several others. I was getting no response whatsoever because like many graduates, I didn’t get a chance to do any technical internships. It was almost 3 months of applying and I hadn’t heard from a single recruiter. Then a friend of mine suggested me to get in touch with Aerotek because he landed his first engineering job at GM through Aerotek. I connected with Aerotek in Buffalo, NY and they asked me to visit their office to make a profile in their system and have a quick conversation with their agent. Just after 2 days of visiting their office, the agent I was assigned called me and asked if I wanted to interview with one of their local clients. I interviewed with the company and I was offered a job which I instantly accepted. I started working there and just in a few months I realized that wasn’t the company I could work with for a long time. So I decided to talk to Aerotek and express my interest of finding a different engineering job that would offer more of a technical role. Aerotek acted very quickly and got me an interview with GM in just a few weeks. I landed a great job with GM that offered much better pay and benefits. I would have not been able to find this job without the help of Aerotek. If you are in search of work, I highly suggest you to go to your local Aerotek office and have a conversation with them. They were able to help me find my dream job and they can help you as well. They work with companies like GM, Ford and many more. You will be very impressed with the service of Aerotek.

During a time when most people tend to complain about their experiences I decided it would be more beneficial to write about the positive experience I had with Aerotek. About 1 1/2 years ago I decided I needed a change in careers. I had been in retail management since the early 90s. I found myself responding to an Aerotek posting and set up an interview with the recruiter Adriana Franceschi. What a bright, professional, caring and knowledgeable recruiter she is. She saw I was searching for a new niche and knew exactly the place for me. She told me she would set up the interview and call me with the details. Not only that but she assisted in updating my resume, shared best practices for interviewing and then sent me on my way. Well, I got the job. This was to be a 7 month assignment. Adriana cared so much that over the temp time she would call, and email to check on me. One morning we had a meeting set up together. She brought me breakfast. Imagine how special I felt. She is terrific! Im happy to report the job has turned into a full-time permanent position. I love my new career. I enjoy going to work again everyday and I just wanted to reach out to say thank you Aerotek and most of all thank you Adriana. They truly care at Aerotek and you can see it through the caliber of recruiters and their business practices. I truly appreciate all you have done for me and I HIGHLY recommend this office in Buffalo to assist you in finding your career .

I was called about a contract positon for 3 months and that was a great time for me, since it was 3 months until Christmas. I actually interviewed with the company I work for now first, then I was offered the position and came in to fill out the paper work, and that is when I met Andrew Hays. He was very easy to talk to and down to earth. I came into work one day, there were bagels and cream cheese that Andrew and Bobby had brought into the office as a token of thanks for doing a great job. My job was contract for 3 months...I have now been there 6 months and will be given 30 days notice when my contract will end. Who does that? Andrew and Bobby do, thats who. I am so very happy with everything about them. My boss and I have been taken out to lunch by them and we are supposed to go again. Andrew has always been in touch with me, checking to see how things are going, and even just chatting in general. If my job does not go permanent in the future with this company, I look forward to working with them to find a permanent position. I would give them a try if you have had no luck anywhere else.
