This temp angency has the shittest customer service Ive ever experienced in life when dealing with a temp agency. The recruiter by the name of Karen Gonzoles is the worst of them all. She called and offered me a position today, with the nastiest attitude, but she expected me to drop all of my plans that I had scheduled for today, jump up out of the bed instantaneously, get dress & report to work with no consideration of what I had scheduled today. This is not the first time she have done this to me, so now Im forced to leave a bad review. In the mist of me trying to explain to her that I couldnt report on this position today because I had already scheduled a Dr. Appt today, she hung the phone up in my face. That was very rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate and very unprofessional of her. Temp agencies want us to give them two weeks in advance of notice if we ever need to take off work, but in return, out of courtesy, we cant get at least 24 hours of notice to prepare to start work. People have kids that they have to arrange before they start work. Professionalism and consideration will take a company a long way. But having recruiters behave towards clients in this manner makes us not even want to work for this company at all.

I stumbled upon Career exchange while applying for jobs via craigslist. This was my first experience working with an agency that assist individuals with job placement. Although I had heard negative responses in the past regarding agencies such as this, Something lead me to move forward with this company. To my suprise, the process moved quite quickly with grace and ease! An interview was set up within hours of me sending out my resume. I met with a courteous recruiter named Miluska Escobar who assisted in this quick transition of finding a new job. Within less than a week, an interview was set up with the company I wanted to work for. After being hired, I started within a week. Along the process, my recruiter Miluska checked in periodically Altogether it was roughly a two week process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with this company to find work if you are looking to transition into something new. It was a smooth and effortless transition for me.

She schedule me to come in office for Clerical Position, Ms.Gonzalez was very professional and she made me feel very comfortable and warm..I also interviewed with Ms.Maria, who was very sweet lady....I started working in the front office with Lisa, who trained me to be her replacement when she was out of the office. First of all they are full of it.. I called because I received a text message about Wal-mart positions and then they claim they filled the position after about 15 minutes on hold.. Like im honestly in a bad spot.. I dont need a company leading me on about a so called availability list.. Then they say "oh we only have overnight but in actuality they have several positions open... Looking into other staffing agencies immediately.. Pines center...
