I will NEVER use or recommend Recruiting Solutions EVER again. I applied and didnt hear back from them. I called two weeks later and Laura claimed she couldnt get in touch with me (mind you I filled out the paper work in the office with my number on it). She sent my resume to MSA (Medical Services of America) and I went for a interview the next day. When I left the interview Laura called me and said they offered me the job. I went to Recruiting Solutions downtown office and did the drug test, etc. and I started Monday May 9th. On June 2nd I was in a car accident on my way to work and because of my injures I was out of work that Thursday and Friday (June 2nd & 3rd). I return to work on June 6th and I give my supervisor my Drs excuse and I went on about my day. While Im on my way home that afternoon I get a call from Laura saying that Misty wants to end my contract with MSA. I ask Laura why and she said shes going to gather more information. I called Laura back June 9th at 12:11 pm and the receptionist told me that she was on another line so I left a voicemail. I never heard back from her. I called back again on June 10th at 12:11 pm and the receptionist told me that she was gone for the day so I left ANOTHER voicemail. June 13th I called at 3:24 pm because I have YET to hear from Laura. She gets on the phone and says oh yea, I got youre message earlier (so in the back of my head Im saying to myself WHY didnt you call me back). So I say Im calling to follow up with her and she said "oh yea, I was just told to end your contract with MSA and when you get more experience then I can apply with us again". YOUR JOB IS TO FIND ME ANOTHER JOB AND YOU TELL ME TO GET MORE EXPERIENCE? I OBVIOUSLY HAD ENOUGH EXPERIENCE BECAUSE YOU CALLED IN ME FOR A INTERVIEW AND SENT MY RESUME OUT. I do plan to speak to who ever is over Laura because that is unprofessional and unacceptable. Im only giving ONE star because I can only post this review when I give a star but I would give Recruiting Solutions NO stars.

THE WORST! I was contacted by a recruiter by the name of Ginny Bush. Drove ALL the way from another state for the interview which was 4 hours away. Got there, did the interview and assessment, got the job...or so I THOUGHT! I was planning on moving to the area based on the fact that they confirmed my position with them. When I actually relocated and got settled, I reached out to them to let them know I was here so that I could get my start date. I received no response. For 2 WEEKS, everyone ignored my emails and phone calls. Now here we are months later, I explained my prior experience with a different recruiter because theyre hiring again. Guess what? "We apologize but we decided to move on with more qualified candidates." WHAT??? If that was the case, what made me qualified in the first place??!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. So to the person who said theyre unprofessional, you hit the nail on the head! I experienced it first hand!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. i got a contingent offer for medical claims and ryan hooper told me i had the job as long as my background and drug screen came back fine and that i would be starting August 8th. After a week of them not answering the phone and Amelia in HR telling me shed call me back and not hearing from them I called again today. Ryan said that my screens came back good but that they were moving forward with other people then after i pointed out he told me i had the job as long as they were good he said what he actually said was if my screens came back in time which they hadnt. Very unprofessional and a huge waste of time. I also got a teller job through them a year or two ago and was told everything was good for me to start then after a month of waiting just never got a start date from them. They are by far the worst agency i have ever worked with.

waste of your time. I applied to a job I saw online and received a call the next day and the recruiter was eager to have me come down and register with them. so I wasted time and gas to go down speak with the recruiter and get registered. She told me about a job that seemed a perfect fit for what I was looking for. After a brief conversation she said she would look into this job for me and if that one didnt pan out she had a couple more jobs she would look into for me but assured me she would find me something. I left there feeling confident, but to my despair I never heard anything back from the recruiter. I called and left several messages inquiring about employment, and never received so much as a "get lost" call back from her. Register with these people if you are looking to waste time, gas, and get a kick out of getting the run-arounds!!

Great staffing agency! I cant say enough about how helpful, supportive, and professional everyone I worked with is. All the while being cheerful, accommodating, and positive. I really felt there was always someone working for me who had my best interests at heart. They do their absolute best to find a good fit for both the employee and the employer and are not just trying to fill a slot. Ive worked long and short term assignments at different rates of pay and was normally never between jobs for very long. And there are many positions that have the potential to become full time. The individual recruiters work as a team which opens up more opportunities for job seekers. This is a top-notch firm and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I can!

was told i was hired in October of 2015 but will not have an official start date until December. when it came time to get down to business about the start date each time i was given the run around. 1st it was December then they werent looking to have any start dates until the beginning of January, January came, the start dates were ( you guessed it) moved back to the beginning of February today is January 30th and still i have heard not a thing about a start date. i completely understand that this is staffing agency but they should have been more upfront with me and told me that they didnt have position for me yet but they would keep my resume on file... instead they got my hopes up and almost for months later im still waiting on that "start date"

I worked with this company in the past and they were able to place me in a job relatively fast, which was great. I was then laid off almost a year later from that position (at no fault of my own), so I went back to them thinking they could help. I sent in a request and it took over a week before they replied back asking me to send in my updated resume which I did that same day so they could check to see what openings they had available. I have never heard back from them and its been almost 2 months. This is really not good customer service, especially for someone who was a previous client. Very disappointed and will not use in the future, nor do I recommend.
