I made an appointment last month with the chief of the salon. I arrived on time, waiting for 15 mins without any excuse, the chief reached. I asked her politely what I want is I don`t want you to cut my hair too short because I need my hair keep growing, then she introduced another staff, and saying "I am not good at men`s cut". The chief does not know how to cut man`s hair. The other staff also suggested that after cutting my hair, you do not need to come here to trim for next several months in joking to me. I really hate this salon. 원장님께 예약하고, 시간 맞쳐 도착했는데.. 다른분 한다고 어떤 양해도 없이 15분 정도 뒤에 와서는, 머리 짧게 자르지 말아달라고했더니, 자기는 남자 머리 잘 못자른다며, 다른 스텝 소개해주셨는데, 그분은 제가 머리 기를꺼라고 했더니 앞으로 몇달간 오실 필요없다고 하네요.. 여기 정말 사람 기분 나쁘게하는데 일가견이 있는거 같습니다.

I have been to Kakaboka Hair Queens for years now. I always go to Julie Joohee Woo for anything hair related (cut, color, straightening, etc). She not only listens to what I want, but she also goes above and beyond; she gives me suggestions and recommendations after listening to what I want to improve/enhance my look. She never does anything without asking me if Im ok with her thoughts. Every time I get my hair done by her, my hair looks better as time goes on. Any hairstylist can cut someones hair and make it look good the first day, but Julie Joohee Woos hair styling and cuts make my hair look better with time. The staff are all very professional and super friendly. I recommended Kakaboka Hair Queens to all of my family and friends and they all love it! Kakaboka Hair Queens is the greatest!

우선은 예약을 하고 왔는데, 예약시간을 넘겨도 아무런 말도 없었음. 머리 손질 실력도 진짜 형편없었음. 투블럭 싫다고 해도 기여코 투블럭이 되어버린 헤어스타일. 헤어디자이너 솜씨에 진짜 의심이 들게됨. 커트하는 내내 불안한적은 군대에서 머리 자르는거 이후로 처음임. 객관적으로 평하자면 가격 다른곳에 비해 저렴한거 이외에 다 별로임.

돈만 비싸고 실력은 그 값에 못 미치기 때문에 원래 이 미용실 안 갑니다. 이번에 한국에서 머리 자르고 와서 마땅히 다니던 곳도 없고 오랜만에 다시 와 봤는데 역시나 더군요. 한 마디로 아주 형편 없고 머리 자르고 팁을 줘야 된다는 것에 대해서 더 용납이 안되더군요. 차라리 스패니시 머리 감겨주는분들 한테 팁을 줘야 될판입니다.

Dont understand why this place has such low reviews. Been here for several years, they raise the prices once in few years, but I believe its worth it. Love the staff because they know you once you visit a few times and they know exactly how I want my hair done. Only thing I recommend is that you should call before the weekend comes because theyre pretty full on weekends. Also, know that their prices are not completely definite, it depends on who you get your hair done by (owner/others) and the length.

Great hair salon in Flushing! I used to go hair salon in Manhattan but I never felt satisfied after my hair got done. My friend introduced Michelle at this hair salon, and since then, I am stuck at this place for the last 3 yrs! She is so good with hairstyling and very pleasant to talk to! Clean and nice atmosphere and warm staff members!

I love coming here so much that after I moved to upstate I still make the drive up twice a year for hair cut and styling . Their technique is unmatched anywhere and a great price(compare to other salons near by, its cheap price) Ive had several stylists work on my hair and have never been dissapointed. Always a great job and fantastic
