Worst experience ever . I went to this salon only because I just had moved to Thornwood. They messed up my hair so bad and has to go again the next day . The color didnt even come out right. My hair was about 3 different color. I was very upset with the staff . Rosa the owner was nice but I felt like she was all about the money. My hair was hard after all the bleach they put in it. I was very upset and will never go there again . Hair stylist deffiently hired with no experience. Most stressful thing I had to ever deal with . Not to mention I had a party the next day and had to go with my hair looking all yellow and brown . I wish staff was honest with me instead of telling me it looks good . All I asked for was a simple BlOnde with thick highlights. Worst salon ever !!!!!

Ive basically been coming here since 1977 with the exception of a couple of years when I not live in the area. I goto Denise, and only Denise. In basketball terms, she is the franchise player. Wish the owners would invest in an on-line booking system.

Last minute decision to get a hair cut. My first time to go to this salon. Karyna did an awesome hair cut. It is not a fancy spa like salon but dont let that fool you at all. Very reasonably priced. Definitely going back.
