Had been going there for a long time but lately, there is something different. I usually get my shirts laundered there weekly. Lately, the shirts have come back with an odd musky odor. I asked them about it and they swear that nothing has changed. My best guess is that the water/steam that is being used needs some type of cleaning. They really had been fine for a long time. If this issue didnt come up, I would not have switched to a different cleaner. They do have a tendency to destroy the sleeve buttons and not fix them but I never complained about that.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible service. My mother paid for four garments to be dry cleaned A Burberry scarf and Burberry Brit coat, A Tods coat, and a Andrew Marc winter jacket. After 3 long weeks, my mother was finally able to get her stuff only to find that it was all RUINED! The fabric of the scarf deteriorated. The inner fabric lining of the Tods coat looked like its been scratch by cats. The other two garments didnt even seemed to be touched, let alone cleaned. We filed a customer complaint order through 311.

I had a beautiful brand new white collar shirt restored to its beauty thanks to Promise Cleaners. I had a whole red wine bottle in a canter spilled on me while in the city. They did an impressive job and deserve another 5 stars for it.
