As a previous customer, I am really disappointed with the amount of plastic Commuter Cleaners is using with its cleaning services. I joined CC, received one order with my garments each item individually sleeved in plastic (!), and even though I received a fabric laundry bag for pickups, I received laminated notices and giant, heavy duty plastic clothing bags everyday when I had nothing for pick up. After I called to inform CC about this, I still received plastic bags. After I canceled my membership, I am still receiving these plastic heavy duty clothing bags, as of yesterday. I wrote an email to one of the managers, and asked if they could reconsider their methods and encourage your employees to be more mindful. Not only are more and more people becoming more environmentally aware and dont want this, but they could save a lot of money, which they could pass down to their customers.

A great little cleaner in Hartsdale. What I liked is the fast, friendly service. The prices were OK, too. Its expensive these days to get quality dry cleaning done. Hartsdale doesnt have a ton of options in the cleaning and dry cleaning business, but this one is one of the better stores. So I would recommend it. I hate cleaning, so I just cant explain why.

they did a poor quality job on my jacket. and were on the pricey side. I wouldnt recommend using them
