This place is a scam. Ive been a customer there for over 5 years, had my credit card on file and sent shirts and clothes in a bag weekly basis. Recently I sent in my husbands undershirt to be washed with his dress shirts. They dry cleaned $9 shirt for $7.50. I called the manager and asked why they dry cleaned not washed an undershirt, they said they will refund. I asked them to make a note in my account for future, "Mens Dress Shirts only" so that next time, if theres anything unusual to my account, they can call me with the number they had in file for 5 years! The manager said they have too many customers to make calls.. that she can only put in my account "Mens shirts only, customers understand any risks of ruining the clothes" That was unacceptable customer service, and Im closing my account. I understand they are one of the biggest cleaners in White Plains, but if they think to have too many customers to prove quality customer service. You dont deserve me. In addition, in the past, Ive put in a floor mob cover in the bag by mistake, and they dry cleaned for about 10 dollars and sent it back. I think that one shouldve been called for my attention before they dry cleaned a floor mob cover. Isnt that a common sense?

One bad apple ruins the basket. Had been a loyal customer for over ten years. Moved out of town and took an unusually long time to come back and pick up some shirts. Rich Bayliss tossed my shirts without so much as a courtesy call! ..................... Rich has the right to toss an order left beyond a reasonable time frame. .................... But not so much as a courtesy call? .............................................................. Well, this is one time when being right isnt always the "right" thing to do. ........... Nice way to reward customer loyalty Rich............................................................... Shirts tossed in the trash... $300............. Destroying the concept of customer loyalty... priceless. ......................................... ................................................. NU-WAY CLEANERS CLEANED MY DAUGHTER PROM DRESS THAT 3 OTHER CLEANERS TRIED TO CLEAN AND MADE THE PROBLEM WORSE. THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. I BROUGHT IT IN ON A MONDAY AND MY DAUGHTER NEEDED IT ON THURSDAY THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE READY ON WEDNESDAY AND ON MONDAY NIGHT I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OWNER THAT HE HAD CLEANED THE DRESS AND THAT ALL THE STAINS HAD COME OUT AND THAT HE WOULD HAVE IT READY FOR TUESDAY AFTERNOON. JUST IN TIME. THANK YOU NU-WAY FOR SAVING THE DAY. I GUESS IT IS TRUE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. SINCERELY, MRS. M

You can not argue with the quality of the dry cleaning. But the prices are over the top crazy. Much higher than when I lived in Manhattan. Much higher. I never had anything lost or damaged. They were always very prompt. If one ever did come off they sewed it back on. But the prices are appalling. Mortgage your house to get tailoring done. WOW! My other complaint is that they use so much paper and plastic - very unfriendly to the environment. As good as the quality is it does not justify the exorbitant cost.

These guys ruined a pair of pants, used a bogus lab to generate an "official" report that gave the opinion that the damage must have happened during use. Frightening that they went to such lengths to avoid responsibility. By the way, I was mad enough to call the “Lab”, no accreditations whatsoever, a big scheme I think. They lost a good customer, I recommend you avoid this drycleaner.

They are amazing! Not only have they always taken great care of my clothing but the customer service is simply the best! I recently left something very valuable in my pocket and Rich the owner called me immediately. I am so appreciative and grateful of their honesty - especially the worker Nancy who first found it and gave it to the owner. There is no better place!!

This place is the best! Customer service top noch. Pick up and deliver to the apt building for the past 3 years. Can not beat the quality or speed of service. Clothes are offer returned the same day I send them out! They recently found 400 dollars in my suit pocket they called me and returned it personally to my building. Thank you NU-WAY

This is the worst case of price gouging by a dry cleaner that Ive ever seen. The owners are extremely rude and unprofessional and they make no excuses for how they overcharge the community. Dont believe any of the reviews that are positive because they are not authentic and are posted by their associates.

Accidentally left a hand-made pin on a suit jacket and was pleasantly surprised when my suit came back with the pin secured in an envelope! They replaced a button on a different jacket, secured a clasp on a pair of pants. Fast service and genuine care of my clothes, Thanks Nu-Way I really appreciate it!

Free pick up and delivery is just an excuse to charge customers OUTRAGEOUS prices. Your items are returned and the charges are ridiculous. $33 to dry-clean a dress! When you call to inquire about it they tell you to cancel your account- what customer service. Take your business elsewhere!

There were some complications at first, but Rich I believe the owner fixed every single problem there was FREE OF CHARGE. he made sure I walked out smiling in the end. My prom dress was basically custom fit thanks to Nu-Way!! Thank you so much!!
