staff is friendly and knowledgable. at the time i arrive, there is always parking. my biggest problem is the bathroom. the grout which is suppose to be beige --- is BLACK. The mold on the bathroom floor IS GROSS. good luck finding soap in the soap dispenser. goos luck finding paper towels. most of the conversation in the bathroom amongst members is nothing less than ridicule. in a area which should get cleaned at least 3 times a day -- we are lucky if they disinfect 3 times a week. TO SYNERGY - i will remove this post as soon as management steps gets involved. The bathrooms need to be sterilized from top to bottom -- floors, walls, showers, sinks, lockers, urinals and toilets. MANAGER -- SHAME ON YOU!

Although the initial sign up fee is a little much I have enjoyed every workout at this gym. Ive tried Ballys and Planet Fitness but this gym is just all around better. Machines are numerous and kept in good condition, staff has been friendly to me since day one, great classes, good parking, and its clean. There is a day care for those with kids and no sitter. I cant speak to the cleanliness of the showers since I never shower there but the bathroom is clean when Ive gone. They are currently expanding the gym to accommodate bigger classes and add a yoga studio. All in all this is the happiest Ive been at a gym.

Terrible customer service and business practices. Franchise owner is rude and unwilling to help. Complete and utter rip off. Overpriced, smelly, and the personal training is useless. Im angry that I ever held a membership at such a terrible place of business. Save your time and money and go to a place like Planet Fitness. Dont even bother trying this place-- Its a shame that one person owning a franchise can ruin such a popular name. Synergy company should be embarrassed to have their name on this place.

This gym is OK. No frills. Some of the trainers are really nice, some think smiling or being nice goes against their job description. The people that go there also seem snobbish. If you go to the gym everyday at the same time, then you are bound to see the same people over and over. I try to be friendly and smile, but people just look at me like Im crazy. WTF?

For $30 month you get 24 Hour access Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday from 6 am to 10 pm. Plus theres some free classes like Zumba, cycling, yoga, ect. The equipment are marginal, many on the first floor are in top condition but down stairs is OK, however theres everything you need for weight lifting. Nothing too fancy.

Pretty good gym overall with decent trainers and has expanded a lot over the years. After the down payment there isnt much to complain about other than parking space during peak hours

It been great experience the bathroom are clean never had a problem.Gino one of the trainers he is great highly recommended this is my gym for life and I lost 20 pounds thanks Gino

Evening staff are nice. Good equipment. Free weights are old though. Top floor is very good with tvs and cardio equipment. Only wish if the activation fee is low.

Most affordable gym in the area, they have all sorts of classes yoga, kickboxing, Zimba etc. The staff is always helpful. The locker rooms are kept clean.

Huge space. Tons of machines and cheapmonthly rate. Studio also big in second building next door. Cant ask for much more in a gym for the price.
