I go here all the time and Ive never had anything other than a positive experience. Every employee Ive encountered has been friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable and willing to help. Id highly recommend this gym to anyone who likes a clean and comfortable atmosphere along with fantastic employees. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars.

Great gym for those serious about fitness but want a relaxed, family friendly setting. Wonderful staff, trainers, classes and facilities all at an affordable price. A great place to start fresh with out the intimidation that comes with other big name gyms.

The gym is updated and new. The pricing is also fair for the quality. Equipment is great. However, the gym environment isnt the best for 20-30 year olds. Also, the gym layout isnt the best and is very close to the street.
