Honestly to avoid how rude everyone ive encountered at this uspo id recommend taking the extra like 5 minutes to drive im the direction of the palisades exits 13S and use the post office past the supermarket/shopping mall and animal hospital but before the stop light. Its small but the people there are always nice and dont make you feel like yiure burdening them by asking to do their jobs. So yeah, use the pomona post office and avoid the Garnerville location.

I would give this zero stars if possible. The little old lady that works there has a massive attitude. She should either retire or take a job where she doesnt work with the public. She is a real See You Next Tuesday

multiple times they drop my main into the wrong mail box and multiple times they dropped my mail in the wrong building and the wrong apartment. just the worst experience i have ever had with a post office.
