Today is 2/11/16. Around 4:30 PM Local time, I went in to pick up my company mail from a mail box we pay the USPS for. When I tried to open my copmay mail box, the lock wouldnt turn, so I couldnt open the mail box door. I went to the window and told this to a female worker at the window. She immediately told me that I bent/destroyed/damaged the key and it was all my fault I couldnt get in the box and that I had to pay a fee to get a new key or fix the lock on the mail box door, I couldnt understand what she was talking about. Then she went in the back, and 15 minutes later a guy came out and said he was the postmaster! He then berated me and made me answer idiot questions as if he was a grammar school principal and I was in 3rd grade!!! This person should be disciplined/reprimanded immediately for the way he is treating American citizens who pay his salary! This person is a disgrace! Please add your comments if you encounter anything like this from this guy!!!

Horrible. Daily delivery: Horrible. Years ago, they hired people who gave a sht and could tell the difference between 762 and 766. I get neighbors mail from around the neighborhood twice a week. Complain? Sure! Then my mail will probably wind up in the sewer down the street. Window Service: Horrible. Always long lines. However long it gets, One clerk. Occasionally a second clerk will saunter over to open a window in no particular hurry to provide relief. Phone Customer Service: Have been on hold for 10 minutes and counting, trying to locate a package that was supposed to be delivered to me yesterday. Person answered. Put me on hold before I could provide tracking info. Second person picked up 7 minutes later to see if I was being helped. Told her I was waiting to locate the package. She put me on hold before I could provide tracking info. Its now 14 minutes on hold without anyone addressing my specific inquiry. Government ineptitude at its best.

Worst Service Ever. I have been having problem getting mails. When I called to discuss, I was being on hold then got dropped after 30 minutes. It could be a technical issue although I heard someone picking up the phone then hung up on me. I called again, the lady was very unfriendly to begin with. She kept saying if the mails get to them, they deliver. If they dont get it, then its not their problem. Instead of trying to help me figuring out where the problem may occurred, she repeated that sentence couple of time then hung up on me. My bank, credit cards company are keep telling me its being bounced back to them for some reason. And I still have problems getting important documents. Nice job Paramus postal office.

They are not just worst public service out there, they are bullies! I lost so many packages using their 24hr drop box. I think one of them is stealing some packages. Otherwise, it cant be explained. When I called to ask, they keep repeating this question did you really drop the box here? Did you go to somewhere else and get confused? Mother fk Hesus krist! I really had to restrain myself not to yell at them. Then, after few round of Q&A, they start yelling at me! It is unbelievable there. They should be all fired, and brand new personnel should be placed there, starting with the post master!

This is the worst USPS Ive ever used. They keep losing the packages I drop here. This is the third time that my item didnt move after I drop it off in this facility. I only dropped it off here because it was convenient for me during that day. If I ask to get it scan (I time consuming but worth it) they get angry especially if you ask them to scan more than 3 packages. If its okay for you to gamble and test your luck, then use this facility but if youd rather not, forget it. This place is horrible. Workers are not very nice either.

My postman told most people on my block, if you dont shovel the snow with a path I can walk on, you wont get your mail delivered. He comes when it is snowing and all different times. We have elderly people on the block who cant get out and have to wait until someone comes and does it. What kind of nonsense is this? These people cant use the internet and mail checks out to pay bills. They are afraid of the postman now. Bring back our other postal lady, she was great. This guy should be let go, just plain lazy.

My call was answered regarding a package that got mis-shipped to this office. I was told my package was there, but that it was waiting to be picked up by a truck. It was scheduled to be delivered today, and is a time sensitive package. They would not let me come and pick it up myself (something Id have no problem doing given the situation). Two stars because the person who answered was at least nice, but ultimately I should be allowed to pick up my own mail (that I paid shipping for!)

This is an extremely high volume post office. I do appreciate the 24 hour drop box since that is the main reason I use this location. As an on-line seller, my shipments have gone smoothly and on time. But, my personal experience at the window service is the poor customer service interaction and the lengthy lines with never enough staff coverage. ***Our current postal carrier is excellent and we hope she stays with us for a long, long time!***

Lost package using the 24 hour drop box. Called and the women who answered the phone was nasty. She did transfer me to someone that was nicer. They are going to pull up footage to see if I actually dropped off the package. Making me feel like I was lying about dropping off the package. I have a tracking number but never scanned at post office, so package was dropped off and then vanished.

The worst service, they dont even try. Returned a package to sender and didnt even attempt to deliver it. I opened a ticket and was told it would be held at the post office. Nope, they sent it back anyway, the next morning. They couldnt even wait a few hours for me to pick it up. No compassion for the customer.

I have sell many things on EBAY. Since December 2016, the USPS has lost 3 packages, sent one package to the wrong town, and have one package currently in transt since May 14th...and for $2.65 that includes tracking but thats too many packages lost!!! And its only June 2nd!

Awful service- always long lines and some of the most frustrating experiences Ive ever had trying to send a simple package. One employee couldnt even locate an address in their system Ive sent numerous packages to in the past. Drive 5 mins down the road to Oradell!

The worst service ever, they have no idea what they do. I ship out a large priority box and never was delivered. Customer service sucks, Im very angry about it. These idiots lost or stolen my box, that was a birthday present for my mom.

The worst service ever . They lose your important mail and deliver none sense mail and you have to go their looking for your package every time someone send you something. Not just that they keep telling you come back tomorrow
