horrible. lazy, nasty, have damaged and stolen many packages. waste my time and money regularly. this place deserves to be shut down. these people wouldnt know how to do their job if their life depended on it. they should all be fired. if I could afford it, Id move to a new town just to avoid the stress these pieces of trash cause.

I get along with people so I have no problem with the employees there. You have to understand theyre not the one who decides what to do for theyre just following whatever the boss tell them what to do. If anyone of you has a problem, complain to the boss not to them and dont forget they are like us working to make ends meet.

Its horrible. They were supposed to deliver my package and it was out for delivery today and I was home all day. And they literally lied about an attempt for delivery. Now they are closed tomorrow for fourth of July, and I am leaving tomorrow night. How am I going to get my package now?

Lost 2 packages in a span of 6 months! No follow ups, no explanations, "sorry it should be here but it isnt..." Very inconsistent with their couriers. I was also told to just request a refund from the seller and let the seller deal with them... WTF???

They eat themselves. Cant mail a package & dont know a zip code. Honestly why do you collect a paycheck with so much incompetence & inefficiency???? Typical federal bullshit! So sorry to hear I have to pay your retirement!!

Very good customer service. Just problem when stamp machine broken think need an express line during busy hours day seems Im usually stuck behind a guy mailing 5 boxes when all I need is a book of stamps

I go there on a consistent basis and the staff are always very kind and knowledgable. The building could definitely use a facelift, but that has nothing to do with their service.
