My context for the review of this location is by comparison to the Post Office in Mahwah. There is not enough praise for this location! It is consistently accessible and I fulfill all my postage needs here. Staff is human, nice in fact, helpful so please remember that when you find yourself fed up at the Mahwah Post office. Come on over. Ill save a spot in the very short, quick moving line. Keep your expectations realistic people.

I have been using the Suffern Post Office for almost 30 years. In all that time the personnel have been courteous and friendly and efficient. Im often surprised at how quickly my letters and packages arrive at their destination and how quickly I receive them. This post office remarkably fulfills and upholds the long history of the USPS.

The Staff seem nice, but work never gets done. Ive been having problems with my mail for several months now, and no on seem to care in that Post Office. Mail being withheld, not being delivered properly. I hope it gets better.

They dont even answer their phone! Mail that they say has been delivered has not, and I frequently get mail meant for a completely different address. Wish I had good things to say...but I do not
