Pitiful excuse for a post office. I mailed an item to someone in this ZIP code with tracking. They put it on the truck for delivery and never updated it. Inexcusable. No delivery, no attempt to deliver, no attempt to return, just nothing for 4 days. You would think at some point they would notice it sitting in the truck. Apparently theyre just completely lackadaisical, or the carrier stole it or threw it in a ditch. Way to take pride in your work. Then I tried to call them and got stuck in an automated menu. Cant blame them for avoiding calls when theyre too useless to deliver a simple first class package.

I drop off pre-labeled boxes here and most of the time this office does not scan them so there is no tracking available. Their posted hours do not reflect what time they will actually close, one time they closed the door in my mothers face 34 minutes early. They also yelled at her for taking a free priority mailing envelope out of the store.

Purchase a money order to go overseesee about 10 days ago. Person was to receive in ten day. To date not delivered no wear abouts of package. Now I haver to wait 18 says to find out why happened and another six months to get a refund..really?
