Terrible work ethic and terrible customer service. I ordered items from Amazon with a guaranteed delivery. The mailman scanned the items as "delivered/left at mailbox" when, in fact, he left the items at the post office for the carrier to deliver the following day. So he fraudulently claimed the items were delivered when they werent. I spoke to supervisor Pat Brown. What a waste of time. She couldnt tell me where the package was. All I had was a tracking notice that it was delivered. She suggested someone took it. She said shed get back to me. She didnt. She said she didnt know how long it would take to find out what happened. I filed a complaint with another supervisor who immediately knew the suspect carrier. They dont answer phones and never apologize for their screw ups. But more importantly, they dont clean up their act.

I give it one star only because you cant give it zero stars. They mess up everything when it comes to holding mail or forwarding mail. Every year for the past 10 they will deliver first class mail when it is supposed to be forwarded to Florida for the winter. They will lie to your face and never apologize. Not receiving bills or tax papers makes for nightmares down the road. One year they insisted they were forwarding the mail for 2 months, when they finally realized they werent and never apologized. Customer service is also terrible. Some clerks barely speak English and are very rude. It must be nice being a monopoly. And as other reviewers stated, they never answer the phone. I let it ring 100 times.

They dont answer the phone, dont deliver the mail everyday only sometimes, then deliver for a bunch of different addresses. If you try to chase down they deliberately pretend they dont see or hear you.They also leave the card saying they tried to deliver certified mail but in fact, they dont even come to door (have personal witnessed)and we receive mail that is time sensitive. They want raises and not to close Post Offices but, why support them when we can not have any confindence in their service.

This post office has twice lost packages sent to my location. The mailman who do deliver the mail are smoking hash that probably was sent thru the mail because my location receives letters with the wrong address on it or packages never arrive even though it is indicated as delivered. They can easily see the large numbers on the home but no, still delivered to God only knows where. Where else can someone stick mail in a mail box and not be accountable for too many mistakes

I have 3 (thats THREE) items that all track as delivered/left at mailbox 10:00am Saturday. Not one is there! NOT ONE! My regular mailman is wonderful. When hes off anything goes. I observed this woman during the week talking on the phone with music blasting in the delivery truck. What did I expect? Now I have to go play am I getting warmer to find my mail! This is just wrong!

Passoort service is horrible. Passport hrs are different from business hrs and they messed up twice on my childs passport i actually have to go again and prob have to purchase pics for the third time. This time when I go I will be speaking to a manger. Horrible customer service, very rude.

It took almost a year for them to repair my neighbors fence after a letter carrier drove in the driveway (against policy) and crashed into it, then denied she ever did it. If my wife and I hadnt witnessed it knowone would have known, it would have been a feud between neighbors.

Always friendly, courteous, helpful, and efficient. I have sent many packages overseas. Mail delivery is excellent and packages are always put out of the rain. Shipping rates cheaper than UPS or FedEx and delivery times much shorter, especially for overseas deliveries.

If you need proof of delivery, take it to the window they dont bother to scan small packages until you force them to do it. Theyve lost or stolen 2 of my packages in the last 30 days.

Wow. You need to post that your "passport hours" differ from your business hours. Also, an "Im sorry" or maybe just common courtesy would be nice. Never again.
