I had a bad experience today, the shop opened its doors at 9am, but the window opens at 10am, so I was here a little after 9am and I needed to drop off something with an already paid postage, but I wanted to ask one of the ladies inside a simple question and I noticed at the door inside that said "RING THE BELL IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE" so I rang the bell and I hear from the other side someone screaming "we open until 10am" and I said I only need to ask something really quick, and there was silence! no one came out or said they were coming or what I needed, so I asked again, and waited... but no one came out or responded me, and I could hear them talking inside. That is just very bad customer service.

Terrible. I have constant issues with this post office, for one they NEVER answer the phone so I dont know why they even have a phone number listed. Another thing I missed a delivery due to working and I called the 800 number to set up a redeliverhy. Clark apparently never checks the updates because they tried again to redeliver when I was working and paid no mind to the multiple alerts sent to deliver on a Saturday. Worst post office and terrible customer service,

seriously one of the worst post offices ive ever had the displeasure to use. they never, NEVER have any flat rate boxes and have the most unhelpful staff imaginalble. I unfortunately have to use this office a few times a month and never once has it gone smoothly

Have had several missed deliveries. It says online that my package was delivered a 5 pm and there is no package. I have also had problems with deliveries of items from overseas. This facility is poorly run and one of the worst I have ever experienced.

Never had a problem here. Usually quick service. Been using this location for about a year and they were very accommodating when I brought in over 200 wedding invitations.
