WORST WORST WORST!!!! Postal office ever! When I tracked my package its says DELIVERED IN MAILBOX BUT ALL I recieve was a small paper in my mailbox on 7/28. (Sorry we missed u! We REDELIVER) They cannot just drop it off in my front door coz its not safe and just pick it up on 7/29. But I work at morning so I cannot pick my package on their office hours so I called for redelivery. Customer service said they will redeliver it on Monday 7/31. No deliver at all! So once again I called the customer service waiting for 40mins on hold coz "they are so busy!!!!" They give me another redelivery number next day nothing in my mail again so called again another 40mins by this time I am so mad coz all they could offer is just give u some redelivery number that is not even helpful!!! Long story short got a case number 2x! Yes I called 5x to them always on hold for 40min to 1hr as u can see my frustration to them. The lady I spoke said that the case number that I have, stated one of their representative called my number that I provided and left message. I told her how can they call my number but did not recieve that call? My phone was with me 24hrs coz I know I am expecting a call even when I go to restroom I bring it with me. AND HOW IN THE EARTH THEY LEFT ME A MESSAGE? I DONT EVEN HAVE A VOICEMAIL IN MY PHONE!!! The phone number I provided was right one. They are such a liar!!!!!! The customer service sucks coz they dont know what to do with our precious package. We trust them but they dont care!!!! I even asked the customer service for telephone number in my local post office so I would call them directly. Guess what? Local post office just pick up my call and hang up. They did not answer me. Yes thats what they are being educated! I called numerous times but all they can do was hang up. I cannot absent on my work just to pick it up! They are not doing their job! If I could give negative 0 here I will give it to them! Until now my package is no where to be seen! Its already 9days!!!

By far the worse post office experience in my life. I was suppose to receive a package 6/20 to my work address and 1st attempt was unable to get into the building. I was told by cindy i would deff get my package the next day. No package for 6/21 i called 6/22 and was told no they will not delivery since the address has a po box it will be in my po box the latest Monday. Monday 6/26 i look the status of my package and an attempt for delivery was made on Saturday -____- ( my office is closed) So i called them and they had no idea where my package is that they would call me back. Dwight did call me back at 6:40pm and told me he will hold my package so i can just pick it up tue 6/27 he would not be working that day but someone will know about my package. 45MIN waiting for them to find my package and to bring me the supervisor Reney Jackson and i got neither. No package and no attention from the supervisor. I was told it was sent back to sender but as per the website i had 15 days before they send it back so WHERE IS MY PACKAGE ASSHOLES!!!!!!!!!!!! ( if i can give you negative black stars i would YOU GUYS SUCK AT YOUR JOBS!!!!!)

Honestly of all the post offices in Union this is the one I try to go to the most. The lines can be tricky if you go on a passport application day, but literally every employee is nice, friendly, and courteous to me on a regular basis. Ive heard a lot of horror stories about lost packages, both shipped and received, but I have literally NEVER had an issue with this through Union. I ship packages, and receive them quite a bit and if there was any trouble from the post office side youd better believe Id mention every last bit. Reading some of the comments/reviews of this location seems like people may have more of a problem dealing with, what they consider, to be "trashy people" then the actual service provided. FYI, Summit NJ, which is filled with "non trashy people" have the WORST post office, go figure.

Literally the worst office! I missed the delivery of the package (btw I was home that day and nobody even knocked on the door cause if they did my dog would have barked as he always sits on the window and looks out). I rescheduled it to be re-delivered the next day - nobody came, as well as the day after that. So I went to the office stated on the slate and it was the wrong address!! Because people in this office are too lazy to check if they are using the right slates! So driving around between Union and Maplewood took me 1 hour! Then about 30 min in a ridiculous line, and then the woman that works there says that she needs a proof of address (and that is not stated anywhere!) and I only had a picture ID! WORST WORST WORST OFFICE! I wish I could give them 0 starts cause they dont deserve 1 star!!

I operate a business based in Springfield MO and had a customer complain that their package was never delivered. I called the main post office in Union NJ on 2/2/15 and the RUDE lady who answered the phone said that she couldnt look up the tracking number to confirm that the package was there because she had a system running on her computer. She then requested that I call back in 15 minutes. I called back 15 minutes on the dot and THE JANITOR picked up the phone and said they were closed! This is not how a GOVERNMENT ran business should operate!!! This USPS location is an embarrassment and needs an employee overhaul!!!! Apparently, they took some people out of the ghetto but they still act like theyre in the ghetto!

This post office is horrible . Poor Customer services and apparently if you are in this country on a temporary VISA "Im Canadian " no need for a USA ID, so I presented my Canadian Deivers License she said "no", I presented my Canadian passport with my visa on it and the woman didnt accept either . Passport is a federal ID and is written on the policy of the usps as a form of is I will never send or receive anything from this stupid post office that makes their own rules and laws. Enough and it is stupid. USPS please do something about this. They need to understand that passport is a form of ID

Worst customer service ever! So I went here on 04/24/17 at 4 pm, only 2 counters were open, 1 with african american guy who seems to be nice and helpful and this lady who looks like from India, long curly hair. I went there to pick up my package, I showed her the door tag left by usps and my passport since I dont have a drivers license (I dont drive here.) She was so rude and kept asking for a govt issued ID, even after I explained to her that I dont have a drivers license and passport is govt issued. She even said that passport is nothing in there. Can someone educate the usps employees, pls!
