Illiterate, Lazy, Unsupervised Substitute Carriers. I stress this is mismanagement of substitute carriers, as Im sure its a substitute carrier, the regular carrier has apologized numerous times for the subs constant mistakes. Even with my name and address printed clearly and on my mailbox, noting that its not the neighboring address -- the substitute carrier continues to leave the wrong mail in my mailbox. This, after speaking directly to the "postmaster." I told the postmaster I called a few times and no luck to which she said shed "take care of it" in a bossy tone, as if shed handle her responsibilities and it was ridiculous for me to doubt it. She has failed to fix the problem.

Nasty place there is a dark skin lady with short hair and glasses nasty plain and simple if your collie of skin is different than hers .. forget about it ... bad people to be around sick last that needs help sad life she must lead , how she got her job I have no clue , got nothing but trouble on her face as soon as she see you if your skin isnt her color , be ready... sad world we live in...... so I avoid her if I go there...you should too.

This place gets some hate because its understaffed during peak hours. The lone employee is stoic, but polite and efficient. She has an Indian-like accent and has to put up with rude customers who are not used to such accents and just ignore her questions instead of just saying "Sorry, could you repeat that?"

My experience, horrible. Completely unacceptable, unsatisfactory, time wasting. I had called to find out whether the post office in Springfield, NJ was open today. After listening to a lengthy recorded message I was given a phone number, that also is on the site, that is not in service.

The african american woman in the front counter was so nasty and rude. We had an appointment and she dismissed what we needed because she was in bad mood. This location has the worst customer service. I do not recommend going there for a passport appointment, you will wait a long time.

Everyone is so rude and never even smiles or talks to us. They are very time wasting and they should be fired. The Indian lady doesnt even do her job and holds up the line. And when there are big boxes, she does the small packages first. We will never go there ever again.

Not good experience at all. Every time Ive had to go they are rude and have bad customer service with most of people but the ones they like or something like that. Its a shame to receive that treatment for a simple public service.

The worst in customer service, long lines, slow service, nasty at times. The worst in delivering the correct mail to the correct location. It is almost a daily occurrence. Address not even close.
