today March 9,2015 i experienced the worst service from this location . the customer service was a disgrace , the amount of ignorance and disrespect i encountered calls for a reevaluation of the companys employees . how are you going to tell me that i need to call UPS because my the tracking number I was given by USPS is not a tracking number ? the same number that is shown even on the USPS app .... ok and how are you asking me for my address and im telling you my address and you keep asking "whats the address ?" repeatedly ? close your mouth and listen to the guest and stop being so rambunctious MAYBE youll hear me . idk if its just specific ppl who were on duty this day or what but i will be making a report . something needs to be done and much more respectable & qualified person should replace the animals that occupy a seat in that setting . good day !

On a weekly basis ever since they took Helen off our route our mail ends up at every other house on our street. The most unprofessional people work at this post office besides Helen of course. How is it possible to put other mail at different addresses? It should be illegal especially when its sensitive important mail getting delivered to the wrong people. Get your sh*t together! Its simple...look at the address and deliver to the correct address....simple.

So im here right now and i have a 12pm appointment for my passport. You cannot apply for a passport at this office without an appoint. I arrived on time and was told i had to wait. There is no seating area at all available and ive been standing here waiting twenty full minutes.. Unacceptable. I have a leg injury and this is miserable.. If appointments arent going to be on time then they should have seating arrangements.

Use to be a very nice post office and folks were very friendly. However like everywhere else budget cuts and changing technology has reduced the staff tremendously over the years. Service is pretty fast and does get long lines sometimes. Best to use the machines at time for fast in out. Parking some days is lousy but usually you can find a spot outside. Overall a pretty good post office with limited hours.

I ordered a few things from amazon and the order went through USPS. Our small block was blocked off and they decided that they cannot walk half a block and park their car on another street. They decided to not deliver the package that day and to deliver it the next business day. They still have not delivered my package.

The carrier decided not to put my media mail through my slot, in the pouring rain, which was more than wide enough for the book to go through. Instead he/she left it on the porch. Needless to say it got ruined. All because a lazy postal worker did not feel like doing his/her job!

I was sending international package. 1 person at the window, 5 people in front of me. I was in and out within 5 minutes. My transaction took less than 2 minutes. At other places this would take good half hour ******

I called this post office to make an appointment for my passport twice and someone picked up and hung up the phone twice. The people working here have an attitude and are so unprofessional.
