Terrible customer service!! Couldnt manage to deliver my packages to a store that regularly accepts deliveries without any issues. Paid $25 including insurance and when I called to ask to try to re-deliver was lied to. They never attempted to re-deliver, just mailed my boxes back. Im out $25 and have to spend more money to re-send UPS, which is what Ill be using from now on. The postal workers there are also very ignorant and have no interest whatsoever in providing good customer service.

The manager refused to honor the appointment that we had to get a passport. His inexperienced employee did not inform me properly on how to prepare for my appointment. He refused to help our situation. The "civil servant" attitude of "its not my job to satisfy customers" rolled off his tongue effortlessly. He is a disgrace.

Drove here after seeing online they do not require an appointment for passports. It also says on their door "No appointments", we get up the line and they immediately tell us, you need an appointment. Not helpful at all and a huge waste of time.

A little cramped, but a lovely post office. The trees, building, and landscaping are particularly darling.
