I ordered a package last week and they delivered it to the incorrect post office. When i tracked it, it said it would be delayed and delivered two days later than expected. When i tracked the package, it said it still has not left their post office 3 days later!!!! I called the post office and spoke with Ken to inquire as to where my package was and why it has not left their post office. He told me the tracking information on their website was wrong and he had a "more advanced system". He told me it was in sorting and the package would be delayed even further. He could not tell me where my package was, or when it would be sent out. I told him this was for a Christmas party and there is no reason for me to have to wait almost one whole week for a package to be shipped from your facility when it was delivered, in error, to that facility in the first place. He then said "have a nice day" AND HUNG UP ON ME! The customer service is, clearly, atrocious and the postal workers at this facility are extremely shady. DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE AND, CERTAINLY, avoid Ken, as he is not able to help in any way.

What an awful place!!! I ship hundreds of packages a week with my home business. They are mean and unhelpful. Ive had several issues with them A several hundred dollar package showed it was delivered to my home and it was not. I called the post office and they said that their geo tracker isnt working. So who has my package? She was nasty and told me to file a claim. This is not the first time packages have "disappeared" If I drop off too many packages at once, they get angry. They tell me to make an appointment! They smoke cigarettes in the back while handling packages. They tell me to sort my packages first class and priority separately!!! Chuck and the other tall gentleman are so ignorant. The entire office needs to be fired and new staff is needed ASAP. I had a package returned to me today for postage. I actually overpaid for postage. The parcel weighed 7.8oz and the postage was for 9oz. I was told to speak to the supervisor. I had to wait 25 minutes to see the supervisor. Im going to be reporting this office to the regional manager.

Has an employee I will say this place is the most disgusting place in Rahway. 75% of the employees are rude and have no business working in Coustomer Service. 1 supervisor Ken Rodgers is there for 3 hours a day. The other supervisor James Brennen is mostly drug fueled and also mentally incompetent. Then there are some others that are there for a paycheck. They seem to keep the employees that steal,do drugs,and rarely show up....while they get rid of ones who actually care. I agree with all of these bad reviews and feel calling the NE manager whos phone number I will be posting or even the Office of Inspector General would be benifical ,since the employees there are rather useless.

I wish I could give a zero. Attempted to mail a return back to store 5/20/17. Dropped it at Clark and it went to Rahway. Went to check cc for credit and found no credit. Turns out the package is sitting at Rahway. The status says "Your item is available for pickup by the returns agent on May 25, 2017 at 2:45 am in RAHWAY, NJ 07065." Tried to call and it rings twice and then goes to the annoying fax buzz in your ear. Calling the 800 number and wait times are 20-30mins. I hope they can help, but I strongly doubt it. Something needs to be done about the USPS.

Unfriendly service, with associates treating you as though you are the most annoying thing to ever grace their presence. The mail carrier even blatantly marked my mailbox as blocked, despite it being next to my front door with no obstructions anywhere near it. There is no oversight or quality control for their service. My friend even had one of his packages being sent to his P.O. Box listed as undeliverable. How do you manage to not deliver to your own P.O. Box inside the building?

CALLED 1800 usps and they told me people are manually entering information and changing the dates on packages to change the tracking information. A little unhappy about that since the package went missing for awhile because of that. Thought it was stolen and filed a report and spent hours dealing with it only to find out a few weeks later the seller did get the item. This office caused a huge headache for me but they did not lose the package after all.

MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH!!!! MORE EXCUSES THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE AS TO WHY YOU DONT RECEIVE MAIL OR GET OTHER PEOPLES MAIL.....OUR COMPANY HAS MORE PROBLEMS WITH THEM THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE...SOME DAYS NOT EVEN RECEIVING OUR MAIL!!! THEY REALLY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR MISMANAGEMENT BY THE STATE OF US POST MASTER........THEY ARE THE REASON SO MANY PEOPLE DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE ANYMORE!!!

Sometimes long lines depending on time of day but postal staff is always pleasant and helpful. They have a large lobby with an area designated to shipping supplies such as boxes and envelopes that one can purchase. They also sell very lovely greating cards which is very convenient .They also have a self serve machine where one can self checkout and purchase stamps. They have a handicap parking space located near the door.

Terrible in every way. Constantly getting other peoples mail. Have my own mail missing. Call the postmaster Calvin Chamblis he never calls back. Ive been told many times the problem would be fixed and its never is. I try talking to the carrier they say oh it wasnt me. So many different carriers so no one is held responsible. Bad business. My next call is the east coast post master. Postal division of consumer affairs.

Mail is never delivered in a timely fashion, packages are being scanned as delivered and missing, the packages that are delivered are left laying on the floor for any passer by to take. Tried calling this morning to find out where my package was. They put me on hold for a half hour. Now all of a sudden its a fax number. Very poor service

Absolutely horrible! I have tried the hold mail service several times in the last few years and it has never ever worked; either not held or not restarted. The mail carrier always says the problem is because it is not their normal route. Be prepared for a run around and if you physically go into the office to pick up your held mail.

They lose packages, they deliver to wrong addresses or they just dont deliver at all on the delivery day and want you to come get it. USPS needs to do something about this. Put someone in there who knows what they are doing or terminate everyone and close.....I could care less at this point.

Mail carrier constantly putting others mail in my box, packages cant seem to get delivered to my door, mail carrier is literally a kid. Inside the post office workers are unprofessional, lazy, unorganized and just not a place I want to have to visit.
