Horrible experience. Just went in there to locate a package whose tracking information hadnt been updated since leaving California three days ago. Staff seemed to been annoyed at me asking why my package hadnt showed up to my workplace yet. This being the local post office, I expected them to at least give me some updated information as the item Im expecting is quite valuable. When I spoke to the first clerk he wouldnt even look at the tracking number I gave him, rolled his eyes at me then passed me off to a supervisor. After waiting a few moments the supervisor told me that I should just give it another day and that "packages dont get updated in the air". Yeah thats all fine and good, but when one is expecting something valuable coming through the mail at the least be courteous enough to provide good customer service. This place is deplorable. If you can, avoid the bald clerk who works there and the supervisor who looks like a short dirty Santa Clause. Hopefully my package isnt still in the air, what a joke.

Absolutely, positively, the WORST post office in NJ. This USPS location always fails to deliver my package on time. And every single time they miss delivery I have to deal with their horrendous automated service. Worse yet, sometimes I have to speak with an actual human and Im forced to wait 50-60 minutes. Ive begged Amazon over the phone and through multiple e-mails to not send packages through USPS, but to my dismay this was something they could not help me with. Its gotten so bad that I actually have to send packages to my home 15 miles away, just to get them on time. THEN I have to take the items back to my job where theyre actually needed. How ludicrous is that? Again, Im sure other USPS locations are fine...this one in particular is beyond terrible.

i agree.and very friendly place,great area. when you walk in to get your mail at a P.O.Box for business dealings)mail etc.and or personal the clerk is ALWAYS friendly especially supervisor tom i think it is and clerk there for years named Diane so nice! friendly and no issue. i love this post office,even when it is a few times a year overcrowded,the clerk usually(DIANE)anyhow move swift,and i love that.great post office,no complaint,even if we have a issue with mail etc. or something a delay etc.the supervisor ted,get down to the bottom of it and i love that. always the"professional"as a business etc. post office,etc. should be.not too many are adios...

If I could give less than one star I would. The post master at this location is not professional, I have been having an issue for a year with packages getting mishandled by carrier. The carriers do not leave notices, and after numerous complaints to them my packages are now getting returned to sender as my address does not exist. I have filed a complaint with consumer affairs, and will be doing another with post office directly. This should be a crime people tampering with your mail

While I hardly go to this post office, our mail lady is terrible. She flings packages at the door and is too busy talking on her phone to worry about anything. She complains when packages (scheduled pick ups) are left for her. Today she even left mail without taking the package I scheduled a pick up for. I wish shed get a new route.

Ive been living in my apartment for 3 years and had no problems with the mail, until....the mail carrier suddenly took it upon himself to return all my mail to sender! My Mother just passed away and i was expecting some really important paperwork in the mail. I didnt think that was legal for the mailman to do. This place is horrible.

The wait on line can be looonnnggggg. Usually 1 person at the register. Sometimes 2 if you are lucky. Whats really annoying is that they never re-deliver my packages. One attempt and thats it. Most of the time they dont even leave a card and I have to rely on tracking to see where the package is.

I am disabled and have issues walking. I set up pick up for 10 priority mail packages and got confirmation they were picked up when they were not. Second time in a week. They cant even put mail in right mailboxes. Pathetic.

1000 dollar laptop lost last year, nobody cares. They do not have cameras which would be the only proof of drop off after I was assured by one of their guys that I do not need anything from them after I leave the package.

I have been using this post office over 3 years now and always find the clerks helpful. Derrick, Eddie and Diane are the 3 that are usually there. I have never encountered any problems.

DO NOT GO TO THE OLD LADY...I THINK HER NAME IS DIANE. she is rude and always has an attitude. The bald guy is SUPER NICE! HE IS FRIENDLY AND PROVIDES AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
