There is no worse post office in the United States. Where is the post office general and why in the world are they allowing this post office to be run the way it is for years? As others have said missing mail, missing packages, they even opened up a box and upwrapped Christmas presents that were wrapped for children, I guess decided they didnt like them and delivered the box that way, another time a box had a complete foot hole right through it so they could pier in side and see what was in it you can see the mark from the shoe it was done intentionally so they could pure inside, if theyre not stealing our packages then they just dont even bother to deliver things, items put in the wrong mailbox, going to the neighbors mailbox or not being delivered at all or better yet you oay for a Box but things are still being put in a PO Box that it doesnt belong to, how in the world this tiny little post office cannot remember that mail has been forwarded to a PO Box for years yet they still try to deliver it to a home that doesnt even have a mailbox any longer ( had to take it down to get them to think hmmmmm maybe this person doesnt get their mail here, perhaps I should look into it) NOPE! Why bother no one is watching us, we do what we want! The best is there is never a manager or supervisor or anyone that can have any control or say in what happens on duty literally every single time there is an issue the poor guy that works at the front I believe his name is Bruce hes actually a nice one says theres nothing I can do you have to wait until someone comes in they are always out to lunch, always unavailable doesnt matter what time you come 11 in the morning noon, even at 3 oclock in the afternoon when they close at 5 PM the "boss is out to lunch" UNREAL what a poor excuse for government service.

Terrible outdated postal office. I have lived in this town 14 years & they still put my mail in the wrong mailbox. They need to get it together & hire competent carriers that can actually read names & #s properly.I have had to call & complain about my mail so many times & they still cant ger it right. I will admit that they do have @ least one decent person working there: Bruce is very nice & very helpful.

Absolute worst post office ever the workers are all incompetent and never deliver the mail in the right mailbox this place is absolutely terrible almost sorry I even have the ZIP Code and post office from my neighborhood since being I live in Oldbridge and have to have a south amboy ZIP Code nothing but complete incompetent morons working in this post office!!!!!!!!!

I live in south amboy and our mail is always late. We have different delivery people all the time, the one girl who drives a blue jeep is always texting on her phone, meanwhile people are waiting on their mail. Its such an inconvenience and super annoying.

I use them all the time they only do have one window open so get there early they also stay open later than other post office locations which is a huge plus Ive never really had a huge problem with them and staff is always nice and pleasant to me.

One window open always and forever, slow lazy postal workers who dont want to do their job and give an attitude. Be prepared to stand an hour in line always. Worst post office Ive ever been in. One star is totally accurate for this place.

Slowest post office in the continental US. If you are the type that enjoys watching other people rage and/or go insane over poor & slow service then visit here on a busy day. You will not be disappointed!!

The worst post office ever. Super slow & there are at least 5 people on line evertime. There is only 1 person working and there are 2 windows. never have I ever seen the 2nd window open.

This must be the worst Post Office in the country. There is always a waiting line, only one window open. During the month of December the line is out the door. I avoid it at any cost.

absolute nightmare.. had to wait an hour for a lady that sent 70certified mails when they had only one window open. and this isnt the first time that I had to wait that long.

The tellers take forever. Instead of doing their job, theyre busy talking and listening to music. Very unproffesional. Rather go to Perth Amboy.
